🌟簡易電飯煲薑蔥手撕雞📝食譜
烹調時間⏱30分鐘
🔸材料🔸
雞髀 2隻
乾蔥 3粒切半
薑 8片
蔥 2棵切段
🔸醃料🔸
鹽 1湯匙/ 胡椒粉/ 黃薑粉 半茶匙(上色用可省略)
🔸調味料🔸
乾蔥 3粒切碎/ 薑蓉 2湯匙/ 蔥 1棵切粒
蔴油, 生抽 各1茶匙
砂糖 半茶匙/ 鹽 1/4茶匙
白芝麻

🔹做法🔹
- 白鑊烘香白芝麻;雞髀浸鹽水15分鐘除去雪味,醃30分鐘
- 乾蔥、薑片和蔥段放入電飯煲,鋪上雞髀,按下煮飯按鈕煮熟
- 取出雞髀浸冰水,撕出雞肉
- 下油開鍋,炒香乾蔥碎和薑蓉;加入蔥粒,下調味料試味;拌入雞肉和白芝麻即成

𝗜𝗻𝗴𝗿𝗲𝗱𝗶𝗲𝗻𝘁𝘀
2 chicken thighs
3 dried shallots, halved
8 slices of ginger
2 spring onion, cut into sections
𝗠𝗮𝗿𝗶𝗻𝗮𝗱𝗲
1 sp salt / 1/2 tsp each of black pepper & turmeric powder (optional)
𝗦𝗲𝗮𝘀𝗼𝗻𝗶𝗻𝗴𝘀
3 dried shallots, chopped / 2 tbsp ginger paste / 1 spring onion, chopped
1 tsp sesame oil, 1 tsp soy sauce
1/4 tsp salt, 1/2 tsp sugar, white sesame
𝗜𝗻𝘀𝘁𝗿𝘂𝗰𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝘀
- Toast sesame in a wok. Soak chicken thighs in salt water for 15 mins, then marinate for 30 mins.
- Put shallots, ginger, and spring onion in a rice cooker, add chicken, and cook using the rice cooking function.
- Take out chicken, soak in ice water, shred meat.
- Heat oil in a pan, sauté shallots and ginger. Add spring onion, then seasonings, mix in chicken and sesame. Serve.
