最近好熱呀!今日最高溫度好像有34度🥵又焗又熱!快手寫綠豆沙食譜,等大家weekend可以一起整😗我上個月做了3次調整做法比例,綠豆起沙味道剛剛好🥹❤️
記得綠豆不用浸不用炒,會變啡不翠綠!Keep住滾綠豆殼就會浮面,除去綠豆殼口感會更好😛建議買乾海帶,試過用現成浸發海帶,味道好鹹不夠爽口🙈另外臭草係重點❤️🔥加了香好多!買不到我下次才做🥹建議雪凍食、加湯圓或者冰起整雪條!炎炎夏日食透心涼呀❄️

🌿簡易臭草海帶綠豆沙📝食譜
烹調時間⏱45分鐘
🔸材料🔸(約6碗)
綠豆 180g
水 2500 ml
陳皮 1片3g
海帶 30g
片糖 40g
冰糖 40g
臭草 2棵8g

🔹做法🔹
- 綠豆和沖水洗淨;海帶浸軟,沖水去除黏液,切絲;陳皮浸軟,去囊
- 大鍋煮滾水,加入綠豆和陳皮,大火煮滾後半掩蓋(如圖),中大火煮25分鐘(小心滾瀉)
- 用匙羹除去浮面的綠豆殼;加入海帶、冰糖和片糖,中火煮約15分鐘至理想濃稠度,試味(注意不要煮太濃稠,雪凍後會變啫喱狀)
- 熄火,放入臭草,合蓋焗5分鐘即成

𝗜𝗻𝗴𝗿𝗲𝗱𝗶𝗲𝗻𝘁𝘀
Green beans 180g
Water 2500ml
Dried tangerine peel 1 px 3g
Seaweed 30g
Slab sugar 40g
Rock sugar 40g
Common Rue 2 px 8g
𝗜𝗻𝘀𝘁𝗿𝘂𝗰𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝘀
- Wash green beans. Soak the seaweed to soften it, rinse to remove the mucus, cut into shreds. Soak the dried tangerine peel to soften it, remove the pith
- Bring a large pot of water to a boil, add the green beans and dried tangerine peel, boil over high heat for 25 mins with the lid half-covered (as shown in the picture)
- Remove the floating green bean shells, add the seaweed, slab sugar, and rock sugar, cook over medium heat for about 15 mins until it reaches the desired thickness. Taste.
- Turn off the heat, add common rue, cover, and set aside for 5 mins. Serve
