方包 2塊3cm厚
雞蛋 3隻
鮮奶 230ml
砂糖 1茶匙
無鹽牛油 2湯匙
黃糖 2湯匙 (可省略)
🔹做法🔹
- 雞蛋拌勻,加入鮮奶和砂糖混合
- 方包兩邊沾上蛋液,放雪櫃浸一晚
- 平底鍋下牛油煮溶,放入方包;中小火煎至兩邊金黃,盛起
- 此步驟可省略:黃糖煮溶至冒泡,放入方包沾上糖漿,中小火煎香即成

𝗜𝗻𝗴𝗿𝗲𝗱𝗶𝗲𝗻𝘁𝘀
Thick sliced bread: 2 slices (3cm thick)
Eggs: 3
Milk: 230ml
Sugar: 1 tsp
Unsalted butter: 2 tbsp
Brown sugar: 2 tbsp (optional)
𝗜𝗻𝘀𝘁𝗿𝘂𝗰𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝘀
- Whisk the eggs well, then mix in milk and granulated sugar.
- Soak both sides of the bread in the egg mixture, then refrigerate overnight.
- Melt butter in a pan, add the bread. Pan-fry over medium-low heat until golden brown on both sides, then remove.
- Optional step: Melt brown sugar until bubbling, coat the bread with the syrup, then pan-fry over medium-low heat until fragrant.
