烹調時間⏱10分鐘

🔸材料🔸
方包 2塊3cm厚
雞蛋 3隻
鮮奶 230ml
砂糖 1茶匙
無鹽牛油 2湯匙
黃糖 2湯匙 (可省略)

🔹做法🔹

  1. 雞蛋拌勻,加入鮮奶和砂糖混合
  2. 方包兩邊沾上蛋液,放雪櫃浸一晚
  3. 平底鍋下牛油煮溶,放入方包;中小火煎至兩邊金黃,盛起
  4. 此步驟可省略:黃糖煮溶至冒泡,放入方包沾上糖漿,中小火煎香即成

𝗜𝗻𝗴𝗿𝗲𝗱𝗶𝗲𝗻𝘁𝘀
Thick sliced bread: 2 slices (3cm thick)
Eggs: 3
Milk: 230ml
Sugar: 1 tsp
Unsalted butter: 2 tbsp
Brown sugar: 2 tbsp (optional)

𝗜𝗻𝘀𝘁𝗿𝘂𝗰𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝘀

  1. Whisk the eggs well, then mix in milk and granulated sugar.
  2. Soak both sides of the bread in the egg mixture, then refrigerate overnight.
  3. Melt butter in a pan, add the bread. Pan-fry over medium-low heat until golden brown on both sides, then remove.
  4. Optional step: Melt brown sugar until bubbling, coat the bread with the syrup, then pan-fry over medium-low heat until fragrant.
