特濃蕃茄大蝦忌廉意粉 Creamy Tomato Shrimp Pasta 西式意粉 忌廉意粉 海鮮意粉

Christmas cooking idea🎄都好適合放工煮,一鍋到底30分鐘就煮好!我好喜歡這個意粉,蕃茄加入忌廉,酸酸甜甜好開胃!而且醬汁粉紅色好靚🥰🩷

今次用了日本厚切煙燻豚肉!煎到脆身之後,再用釋出嘅油份煎大蝦🤤只用忌廉太膩,又想煮多汁版本,我加入北海道鮮奶,超級香!話說煮的時候覺得賣相不漂亮,不過擺完盤原來都ok🤣擺盤的重要性🥹

🦐特濃蕃茄大蝦忌廉意粉📝食譜
烹調時間⏱30分鐘

🔸材料🔸(2人份)
意粉 180g
煙肉 70g
去殼大蝦 10隻
罐裝蕃茄 1罐400g
車厘茄 12粒切半
洋蔥 半個切碎
蒜頭 4瓣切片
鮮奶 300ml
淡忌廉 100ml
牛油 1茶匙
鹽、黑胡椒碎

🔹做法🔹

  1. ▪️煮意粉▪️大鍋加水和1茶匙鹽煮沸,放入意粉,跟包裝建議煮的時間少2分鐘煮熟,瀝乾水備用
  2. ▪️處理大蝦▪️大蝦沖水解凍,去殻,沿背部界一刀去腸;用廚房紙吸乾水份,灑上鹽、黑胡椒調味
  3. 冷鍋下煙肉片,小火煎至脆身䆁出油份,盛起備用
  4. 同一個鍋放入大蝦煎至兩邊焦香,盛起備用
  5. 下洋蔥粒和蒜片炒香,加入車厘茄,盛起一部份用作擺盤;倒入罐裝蕃茄壓蓉,加入鮮奶小火煮沸
  6. 加入意粉炒勻,下鹽、黑胡椒碎調味;加入淡忌廉和牛油煮至濃稠,鋪上大蝦和車厘茄擺盤即成

𝗜𝗻𝗴𝗿𝗲𝗱𝗶𝗲𝗻𝘁𝘀 (serves 2)
Spaghetti 180g
Bacon 70g
Peeled large shrimp 10 px
Canned tomatoes 1 can (400g)
Cherry tomatoes 12 px, halved
Half an onion, minced
4 cloves of garlic, sliced
Milk 300ml
Whipping cream 100ml
Butter 1 tsp
Salt and freshly ground black pepper

𝗜𝗻𝘀𝘁𝗿𝘂𝗰𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝘀

  1. Boil salted water, add spaghetti, and cook slightly under recommended time. Drain.
  2. Thaw, peel, devein, and season with salt and pepper.
  3. Cook bacon until crispy. Set aside.
  4. Cook shrimp until golden. Set aside.
  5. Sauté onion, garlic, and cherry tomatoes. Reserve some for garnish. Simmer crushed tomatoes with milk.
  6. Add spaghetti, season, and thicken with cream and butter. Top with shrimp and reserved tomatoes.
