Christmas cooking idea🎄都好適合放工煮,一鍋到底30分鐘就煮好!我好喜歡這個意粉,蕃茄加入忌廉,酸酸甜甜好開胃!而且醬汁粉紅色好靚🥰🩷
今次用了日本厚切煙燻豚肉!煎到脆身之後,再用釋出嘅油份煎大蝦🤤只用忌廉太膩,又想煮多汁版本,我加入北海道鮮奶,超級香!話說煮的時候覺得賣相不漂亮,不過擺完盤原來都ok🤣擺盤的重要性🥹

🦐特濃蕃茄大蝦忌廉意粉📝食譜
烹調時間⏱30分鐘
🔸材料🔸(2人份)
意粉 180g
煙肉 70g
去殼大蝦 10隻
罐裝蕃茄 1罐400g
車厘茄 12粒切半
洋蔥 半個切碎
蒜頭 4瓣切片
鮮奶 300ml
淡忌廉 100ml
牛油 1茶匙
鹽、黑胡椒碎

🔹做法🔹
- ▪️煮意粉▪️大鍋加水和1茶匙鹽煮沸,放入意粉,跟包裝建議煮的時間少2分鐘煮熟,瀝乾水備用
- ▪️處理大蝦▪️大蝦沖水解凍,去殻,沿背部界一刀去腸;用廚房紙吸乾水份,灑上鹽、黑胡椒調味
- 冷鍋下煙肉片,小火煎至脆身䆁出油份,盛起備用
- 同一個鍋放入大蝦煎至兩邊焦香,盛起備用
- 下洋蔥粒和蒜片炒香,加入車厘茄,盛起一部份用作擺盤;倒入罐裝蕃茄壓蓉,加入鮮奶小火煮沸
- 加入意粉炒勻,下鹽、黑胡椒碎調味;加入淡忌廉和牛油煮至濃稠,鋪上大蝦和車厘茄擺盤即成

𝗜𝗻𝗴𝗿𝗲𝗱𝗶𝗲𝗻𝘁𝘀 (serves 2)
Spaghetti 180g
Bacon 70g
Peeled large shrimp 10 px
Canned tomatoes 1 can (400g)
Cherry tomatoes 12 px, halved
Half an onion, minced
4 cloves of garlic, sliced
Milk 300ml
Whipping cream 100ml
Butter 1 tsp
Salt and freshly ground black pepper
𝗜𝗻𝘀𝘁𝗿𝘂𝗰𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝘀
- Boil salted water, add spaghetti, and cook slightly under recommended time. Drain.
- Thaw, peel, devein, and season with salt and pepper.
- Cook bacon until crispy. Set aside.
- Cook shrimp until golden. Set aside.
- Sauté onion, garlic, and cherry tomatoes. Reserve some for garnish. Simmer crushed tomatoes with milk.
- Add spaghetti, season, and thicken with cream and butter. Top with shrimp and reserved tomatoes.
