好暖身的菜式🥹平時好多post都是隔一陣子才post,這個昨天煮完馬上插隊出post❤️‍🔥好適合冰涼的天氣食😝

做法超簡單!有時太忙,一煲過有魚有菜有薯仔已經夠飽,或者配飯甚至加芝士焗都好美味🤤之前用昆布鰹魚高湯,我覺得加雞湯更美味💖素食version 可以用蔬菜高湯和豆乳代替😆是一個好百搭的菜式😙

🎏日式三文魚奶油燉菜📝食譜

烹調時間⏱30分鐘

🔸材料🔸(2-3人份)

三文魚柳 250g切粒

洋蔥 半個切粒

甘筍 1條切片

薯仔 1-2個切件

西蘭花 1個

雞湯 200ml

牛奶 400ml

鹽、黑胡椒碎

🔸麵糊材料🔸

低筋麵粉 1.5湯匙

牛油 1.5湯匙

🔹做法🔹

1. ▪️處理食材▪️薯仔切件,浸水15分鐘除去澱粉質,刨走尖角;西蘭花放入滾水煮熟,瀝乾水備用

2. 三文魚粒用廚房紙印乾水份,灑上鹽和黑胡椒碎;下油開鍋,煎至表面焦香,盛起備用

3. 同一個鍋加入洋蔥粒炒至半透明,加入薯仔和甘筍炒香;倒入雞湯,煮沸後合蓋小火煮15分鐘,加入鮮奶小火加熱

4. ▪️製作麵糊▪️煮溶牛油/微波爐熱溶牛油,加入麵粉攪拌均勻

5. 逐少加入麵糊,中火煮至理想濃稠度;加入三文魚、薯仔和甘筍,灑上鹽、黑胡椒碎調味即成

🎏Creamy salmon stew with vegetables

🔸Ingredients🔸

Salmon fillet 1 px diced

Onion half sliced

Carrot 1 px sliced

Potatoes 1-2 px

Broccoli 1 px

Chicken broth 200ml

Milk 400ml

Salt, black peper

🔸Roux🔸

Flour 1.5 sp

Unsalted butter 1.5 sp

🔹Instructions🔹

1. Cut the potatoes into pieces, soak in water for 15 minutes to remove the starch, boil the broccoli, drain and set aside

2. Pat dry the salmon with kitchen paper, season with salt and pepper, pan fry the salmon until surface turns brown

3. In the same pot, add onion and fry until translucent, mix with potatoes and carrots; pour in chicken broth, bring to a boil, cover and simmer for 15 minutes, add milk and cook with low heat

4. Preparing the roux: Melt the butter and mix with flour

5. Add the roux gradually, cook with medium heat until the soup gets creamy; put in salmon, potatoes and carrots, season with salt and black pepper. Serve immediately!
