一鍋到底忌廉蟹肉烏冬 One Pot Crab Meat Udon

又到放工15分鐘懶人系列!我好喜歡煮急凍烏冬,直接放入湯煮熟就ok🙂‍↕️非常滑滑!

這個烏冬湯底用了北海道鮮奶+牛油炒香的蟹肉!加入黑松露醬、三文魚籽和生蛋黃!全部混合一起吃so good🥹

❤️‍🔥一鍋到底忌廉蟹肉烏冬📝食譜
烹調時間⏱15分鐘

🔸材料🔸
急凍烏冬 2個
牛油 1湯匙
蟹肉 1罐240g
鮮奶 400ml
生粉水 50ml水+1湯匙生粉
鹽、黑胡椒碎
黑松露醬 1-2湯匙 (可省略)
三文魚籽/ 日本生食用蛋黃 (可省略)

🔹做法🔹

  1. 下牛油開鍋,加入蟹肉炒香
  2. 同一個鍋倒入鮮奶,小火煮沸後合蓋煮5分鐘,放入急凍烏冬煮至散開
  3. 下生粉水,中火煮至理想濃稠度;加入黑松露醬,灑上鹽和黑胡椒碎調味;鋪上三文魚籽和生蛋黃擺盤,食用前拌勻即成

𝗜𝗻𝗴𝗿𝗲𝗱𝗶𝗲𝗻𝘁𝘀
Frozen Udon – 2 px
Butter – 1 tbsp
Crab meat – 1 can (240g)
Fresh milk – 400ml
Starch water – 50ml water + 1 tsp starch
Salt, ground black pepper
Black truffle sauce – 1-2 tbsp (optional)
Salmon roe / Japanese raw egg yolk (optional)

𝗜𝗻𝘀𝘁𝗿𝘂𝗰𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝘀

  1. Heat butter in a pan and stir-fry crab meat until fragrant.
  2. Add fresh milk to the pan and simmer until boiling. Cover and cook for 5 minutes, then add frozen udon noodles and cook until they separate.
  3. Simmer with starch water until desired thickness. Season with black truffle sauce, salt, and crushed black pepper. Garnish with salmon roe and raw egg yolk, mix well before serving.
