最鍾意喺屋企煮海鮮!可以去街市揀新鮮嘅,價錢又冇出街食咁貴❤️前幾日見街市膏蟹好靚,突然醒起好耐冇食過荷葉飯!不過天氣咁熱唔想開爐,所以全程用 Cuckoo 福庫 – Hong Kong最新LHTR系列2.0雙壓烹飪魔力發芽飯煮🤩超級方便!佢有高壓同無壓模式,除咗煮飯,炆燉蒸煮嘅菜式都煮到!

做法好簡單!先用EASY COOK速食食品模式煮淋荷葉!再整金銀蒜醬,唔使驚彈油實在太方便🥹然後將白米同配料放入電飯煲煮熟!今次用咗高壓白米模式,大大縮短煮飯時間!最後再放入膏蟹煮熟就完成🥳

🦀電飯煲膏蟹荷葉飯📝食譜
烹調時間⏱1小時

🔸材料🔸
膏蟹 1隻
乾荷葉 1片
白米 1.5杯
冬菇 4粒
瑤柱 10粒

🔸金銀蒜材料🔸
蒜粒 3湯匙
炸蒜粒 3湯匙
生抽 1茶匙
麻油、砂糖 各半茶匙

🔹做法🔹

  1. ▪️處理膏蟹▪️反轉膏蟹,用刀刺入蟹心,剪走蟹奄,然後揭開蟹蓋,清除蟹鰓蟹心蟹胃,將蟹身一分為二,盛起蟹膏備用
  2. 乾冬菇和瑤柱用熱水浸泡至少30分鐘出味
  3. 乾荷葉洗淨,放入CUCKOO電飯煲,加入清水,用easy cook模式煮5分鐘至軟身
  4. 金銀蒜材料放入cuckoo電飯煲,用easy cook模式煮5分鐘爆香
  5. 電飯煲加入白米、冬菇、瑤柱和浸海味水,鋪上荷葉,用高壓白米模式煮飯
  6. 鋪上膏蟹,用easy cook模式煮15分鐘即成,伴上金銀蒜享用

𝗜𝗻𝗴𝗿𝗲𝗱𝗶𝗲𝗻𝘁𝘀
1 crab
1 dried lotus leaf
1.5 cups white rice
4 dried mushrooms
10 dried scallops

𝗚𝗮𝗿𝗹𝗶𝗰 𝗠𝗶𝘅𝘁𝘂𝗿𝗲
Minced garlic 3 sp
Fried garlic 3 sp
Soy sauce 1 tsp
Sesame oil and sugar, 1/2 tsp each

𝗜𝗻𝘀𝘁𝗿𝘂𝗰𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝘀

  1. Prepare the crab by removing the apron and gills, dividing the body into two, and setting aside the roe.
  2. Soak mushrooms and dried scallops in hot water for 30 mins.
  3. Wash lotus leaf and cook in CUCKOO rice cooker on easy cook mode for 5 mins.
  4. Cook garlic mixture in the CUCKOO rice cooker on easy cook mode for 5 mins.
  5. Add rice, mushrooms, and scallops to CUCKOO rice cooker. Cook on high-pressure white rice mode with lotus leaf on top.
  6. Top with crab and cook on easy cook mode for 15 mins. Serve with garlic sauce.
