Super easy 15 mins dinner❤️‍🔥這個是參考泰國一間餐廳的signature dish!滑蛋上鋪滿了蟹肉超級澎湃!最重要買到現成罐頭蟹肉,自己拆肉太麻煩了🤣真的要自家煮,才可以這麼足料!泰式奄列飯特點是蛋炸到脆卜卜!所以我用了半煎炸方式,加入生粉水,令蛋邊更加脆身😛

🦀泰式奄列蟹肉飯📝食譜
烹調時間⏱15分鐘

🔸材料🔸(2人份)
白飯 2碗
牛油 1湯匙
蟹肉 240g
蛋 3隻
生粉水 1茶匙生粉+30ml水
魚露 半茶匙
鹽、胡椒粉
蔥花

🔹做法🔹

  1. 下牛油開鍋,加入蟹肉炒香,灑上鹽調味,盛起備用
  2. 蛋加入生粉水、魚露、鹽和胡椒粉拌勻
  3. 下油開鍋,倒入蛋漿,中間放入蟹肉;中火煮至邊缘凝固即可放上白飯

𝗜𝗻𝗴𝗿𝗲𝗱𝗶𝗲𝗻𝘁𝘀 (serves 2)
Steamed Rice 2 bowls
Butter 1 sp
Crab Meat 240g
Eggs 3
Cornstarch Water 1 tsp potato starch + 30ml water
Fish Sauce 1/2 tsp
Salt, Pepper
Scallions

𝗜𝗻𝘀𝘁𝗿𝘂𝗰𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝘀

  1. Melt butter in a pan and stir-fry the crab meat until fragrant. Set aside.
  2. Beat the eggs and mix them with the cornstarch water, fish sauce, salt, and pepper until well combined.
  3. Heat oil in a pan and pour in the egg mixture. Place the crab meat in the center. Cook over medium heat until the edges start to set. Serve over cooked rice.
