🦀泰式奄列蟹肉飯📝食譜
烹調時間⏱15分鐘
🔸材料🔸(2人份)
白飯 2碗
牛油 1湯匙
蟹肉 240g
蛋 3隻
生粉水 1茶匙生粉+30ml水
魚露 半茶匙
鹽、胡椒粉
蔥花

🔹做法🔹
- 下牛油開鍋,加入蟹肉炒香,灑上鹽調味,盛起備用
- 蛋加入生粉水、魚露、鹽和胡椒粉拌勻
- 下油開鍋,倒入蛋漿,中間放入蟹肉;中火煮至邊缘凝固即可放上白飯

Steamed Rice 2 bowls
Butter 1 sp
Crab Meat 240g
Eggs 3
Cornstarch Water 1 tsp potato starch + 30ml water
Fish Sauce 1/2 tsp
Salt, Pepper
Scallions
𝗜𝗻𝘀𝘁𝗿𝘂𝗰𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝘀
- Melt butter in a pan and stir-fry the crab meat until fragrant. Set aside.
- Beat the eggs and mix them with the cornstarch water, fish sauce, salt, and pepper until well combined.
- Heat oil in a pan and pour in the egg mixture. Place the crab meat in the center. Cook over medium heat until the edges start to set. Serve over cooked rice.
