🐯虎乳靈芝羊肚菌栗子烏雞湯📝食譜
烹調時間⏱2.5小時

🔸材料🔸
烏雞 1隻
虎乳靈芝 30g
羊肚菌 6粒
姫松茸 30g
紅蘿蔔 1條
粟米 1條
栗子 12粒
紅棗 2粒去核切半
無花果 4粒切半
准山 2片
水 1800ml
杞子 1湯匙

🔹做法 🔹
- ▪️浸泡菇菌▪️羊肚菌、姫松茸和虎乳靈芝沖洗沙石,室溫水浸泡30分鐘,浸菇水過濾備用
- ▪️肉類汆水▪️大鍋放入雞件,注入清水,小火煮至沸騰後撈起沖洗
- 除杞子外,全部材料放入大鍋,煮沸後合蓋小火煮2小時
- 放入杞子,煮沸後合蓋小火煮30分鐘,下鹽調味即成

𝗜𝗻𝗴𝗿𝗲𝗱𝗶𝗲𝗻𝘁𝘀
1 black-bone chicken, 30g tiger milk mushroom, 6 px morels, 30g blaze mushroom, 1 px carrot, 1 px corn, 12 px chestnuts, 2 pitted red dates, 4px figs, 2 px Chinese yam, 1800ml water, and 1 sp goji berries
𝗜𝗻𝘀𝘁𝗿𝘂𝗰𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝘀
- Rinse and soak morels, blaze mushroom, and tiger milk mushroom in room temperature water for 30 mins. Filter mushroom soaking water and set aside.
- Cook the chicken in water over low heat until boiling, remove and rinse.
- Combine all ingredients (except goji berries) in a pot and boil. Simmer over low heat with lid on for 2 hours
- Add goji berries, simmer with lid for 30 mins, season with salt.
