💛蒜香忌廉粟米雞肉意粉📝食譜
烹調時間⏱15分鐘

🔸材料🔸(2人份)
任何意粉 180g
雞胸肉 280g切粒
小啡菇 1盒200g切片
粟米粒 180g
菠菜苗 50g
無鹽牛油 1湯匙
蒜頭 4瓣磨蓉
鮮奶 200ml
淡忌廉 100ml

🔸醃料🔸
鹽、黑胡椒碎
蒜粉 半茶匙

🔹做法🔹

  1. 雞胸肉醃30分鐘
  2. 大鍋加水和1湯匙鹽煮沸,放入意粉,跟包裝建議煮的時間少2分鐘煮熟,瀝乾水備用
  3. 下油開鍋,下小啡菇炒至軟身;加入雞肉粒和蒜蓉煎至焦香
  4. 倒入鮮奶小火煮沸,加入菠菜苗和意粉;下淡忌廉和牛油炒勻,加入鹽、黑胡椒碎調味即成

𝗜𝗻𝗴𝗿𝗲𝗱𝗶𝗲𝗻𝘁𝘀 (serves 2)
Any pasta 180g
Chicken breast 280g, diced
Mushrooms 1 pack (200g), sliced
Corn kernels 180g
Baby spinach 50g
Unsalted butter 1 tbsp
Garlic 4 cloves, minced
Milk 200ml
Whipping cream 100ml

𝗠𝗮𝗿𝗶𝗻𝗮𝗱𝗲
Salt, black pepper
Garlic powder ½ teaspoon

𝗜𝗻𝘀𝘁𝗿𝘂𝗰𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝘀

  1. Marinate chicken for 30 mins.
  2. Boil water with 1 tablespoon of salt. Add pasta and cook 2 mins less than package time. Drain and set aside.
  3. Heat oil in a pan. Stir-fry mushrooms until soft. Add chicken and minced garlic; cook until fragrant and lightly browned.
  4. Add milk and simmer on low. Stir in baby spinach, pasta, single cream, and butter. Season with salt and pepper. Serve.
