🍯蜜糖粟米芝士焗雞翼📝食譜
烹調時間⏱30分鐘

雞翼 8-10隻
粟米 1盒380g
芝士碎 約70g
牛油 1湯匙
蒜粉 1茶匙
生抽 2茶匙
老抽 1湯匙
玫瑰露酒 1茶匙
蜜糖 2湯匙
黑胡椒碎

🔹做法🔹
- 雞翼解凍,用粗鹽沖洗去除雪味(雞皮𠝹幾刀更入味)
- 混合蒜粉、生抽、老抽和玫瑰露酒,醃雞翼至少2小時
- 雞翼抹走醃料,180度焗15分鐘;掃上蜜糖,燒烤模式/230度焗約3分鐘至表面焦香,備用
- 下牛油開鍋,炒香粟米粒;加入芝士碎,鋪上雞翼,小火煮至芝士融化;灑上黑胡椒碎即成

𝗜𝗻𝗴𝗿𝗲𝗱𝗶𝗲𝗻𝘁𝘀
Chicken wings 8-10 pcs
Sweet corn 1 box 380g
Mozzarella cheese ~70g
Butter 1 sp
Garlic powder 1 tsp
Light soy sauce 2 tsp
Dark soy sauce 1 sp
Rose wine 1 tsp
Honey 2 sp
Crushed black pepper
𝗜𝗻𝘀𝘁𝗿𝘂𝗰𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝘀
- Thaw the chicken wings and rinse with salt to remove any frozen taste (score the skin for better flavor).
- Mix garlic powder, soy sauce, dark soy sauce, and rose wine. Marinate the wings for at least 2 hours.
- Remove marinade, bake wings at 180°C for 15 mins. Brush with honey and broil at 230°C for 3 mins until golden.
- Melt butter, sauté corn, add cheese. Place wings on top, cook until cheese melts. Sprinkle with black pepper and serve.
