💗秋天清潤蘋果雪梨湯📝食譜
烹調時間⏱2小時
🔸材料🔸(5-6碗)
蘋果 2個
雪梨乾 60g
紅蘿蔔 1條
瘦肉 300g
雪耳 1個浸軟
無花果/蜜棗 3粒
南北杏 2湯匙
玉竹 30g
水 2000ml
🔹做法🔹
- 大鍋放入瘦肉,注入清水;中小火煮至沸騰,繼續煮3分鐘,盛起沖洗血污
- 全部材料放入大鍋,煮沸後合蓋小火煮2小時即成

𝗜𝗻𝗴𝗿𝗲𝗱𝗶𝗲𝗻𝘁𝘀 (5-6 bowls)
2 apples
60g dried snow pears
1 carrot
300g lean pork
1 snow fungus (soaked until soft)
3 figs/date palms
2 tbsp mixed southern and northern apricots
30g polygonatum
2000ml water
𝗜𝗻𝘀𝘁𝗿𝘂𝗰𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝘀
- In a large pot, add pork and pour in water; bring to a boil over medium-low heat, continue to cook for 3 mins. Remove and rinse off the blood.
- Add all the ingredients into the large pot, bring to a boil, cover and simmer on low heat for 2 hrs.
