最近沒時間煮飯,不過煲湯是必須的!這個湯由細飲到大one of my fav❤️未來幾日又會落雨好潮濕,最適合煲去濕湯,可以去水腫,感覺會更舒服🥰
老黃瓜不需要去皮,不過都怕表面皺摺會有污垢或農藥!我多數用少少錫紙滾圓,再擦走表面污垢😆

💦老黃瓜瑤柱栗子去濕湯📝食譜

老黃瓜 1條
瑤柱 6粒
瘦肉 300g
紅蘿蔔 1條去皮切段
粟米 1條
栗子 15粒
赤小豆 100g
扁豆 100g
蜜棗 4粒
陳皮 1塊去囊
水 2500ml

🔹做法🔹
- 老黃瓜用錫紙擦走表面污垢,切件去籽去囊;瑤柱熱水浸軟
- 大鍋放入瘦肉,注入清水,小火煮至沸騰後撈起沖洗
- 全部材料放入大鍋,煮沸後合蓋小火煮2小時即成

𝗜𝗻𝗴𝗿𝗲𝗱𝗶𝗲𝗻𝘁𝘀
Old yellow cucumber (1 pc)
Dried scallops (6 pcs)
Lean meat (300g)
Carrot (1 pc, peeled and cut into segments)
Corn (1 pc)
Chestnuts (15 pcs)
Adzuki beans (100g)
Green beans (100g)
Chinese dates (4 pcs)
Tangerine peel (1 pc, husk removed)
Water (2500ml)
𝗜𝗻𝘀𝘁𝗿𝘂𝗰𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝘀
- Use aluminum foil to rub off the surface dirt of the old cucumber, then cut it into pieces and remove the seeds and husk. Soak the dried scallops in hot water to soften them.
- Put the lean meat in a large pot, add clean water, and simmer over low heat until it boils. Then remove the meat and rinse it.
- Put all the ingredients into the large pot, bring it to a boil, cover it, and simmer over low heat for 2 hours. It will be ready after that.
