🍂天山雪蓮果海底椰栗子湯📝食譜
烹調時間⏱2小時

🔸材料🔸
天山雪蓮果 600g約1-2個,去皮切件
印度椰子 1個切片(可請店主幫忙切片)
栗子 15粒
雪耳 1個浸軟
紅蘿蔔 1條
粟米 1條
無花果 3粒切半
紅棗 2粒去核
瘦肉 300g
水 2300ml

🔹做法🔹

  1. 大鍋放入瘦肉,注入清水,中小火煮至沸騰,繼續煮3分鐘,盛起沖洗血污
  2. 全部材料放入大鍋,煮沸後合蓋小火煮2小時即成

𝗜𝗻𝗴𝗿𝗲𝗱𝗶𝗲𝗻𝘁𝘀
600g Yacon (about 1-2 pieces), peeled and cut into chunks
1 Indian coconut, sliced (can ask the shopkeeper to slice it)
15 chestnuts
1 snow fungus, soaked until soft
1 carrot
1 corn
3 dried figs, halved
2 red dates, pitted
300g lean pork
2300ml water

𝗜𝗻𝘀𝘁𝗿𝘂𝗰𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝘀

  1. Put the lean pork into a large pot, add water, bring to a boil over medium-low heat, and continue boiling for 3 mins. Remove the pork and rinse off the blood stains.
  2. Put all ingredients into the large pot, bring to a boil, then cover and simmer over low heat for 2 hr. It‘s ready to serve.
