💚無水冬瓜桑拿雞📝食譜
烹調時間⏱15分鐘

🔸材料🔸
無骨雞髀扒 2塊
冬瓜 300g去皮切片
鮮蟲草花
紅棗 2粒去核切半
杞子 1茶匙
薑 2片切絲

🔸醃料🔸
生抽 2茶匙
老抽 1茶匙
胡椒粉

🔹做法🔹

  1. 雞髀扒去皮切條,印乾水份;醃30分鐘
  2. 鑄鐵鍋鋪上冬瓜,要鋪滿煲底;放上鮮蟲草花和雞肉;鋪上紅棗、薑絲和杞,
  3. 中火煮至冒煙後,合蓋小火煮10-15分鐘,灑上蔥花即成

𝗜𝗻𝗴𝗿𝗲𝗱𝗶𝗲𝗻𝘁𝘀
2 boneless chicken thigh fillets
300g winter melon, peeled and sliced
Fresh cordyceps flowers
2 red dates, pitted and halved
1 tsp goji berries
2 slices ginger, shredded

𝗠𝗮𝗿𝗶𝗻𝗮𝗱𝗲
2 tsp soy sauce
1 tsp dark soy sauce
Ground white pepper

𝗜𝗻𝘀𝘁𝗿𝘂𝗰𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝘀

  1. Remove skin from chicken thighs, cut into strips and pat dry. Marinate for 30 mins.
  2. Line the bottom of a cast iron pot with winter melon slices, add cordyceps flowers and chicken, then top with red dates. ginger shreds and goji berries.
  3. Heat over medium heat until steaming, cover and simmer on low heat for 10-15 mins. Sprinkle with chopped scallions to serve.
