💚無水冬瓜桑拿雞📝食譜
烹調時間⏱15分鐘
🔸材料🔸
無骨雞髀扒 2塊
冬瓜 300g去皮切片
鮮蟲草花
紅棗 2粒去核切半
杞子 1茶匙
薑 2片切絲
🔸醃料🔸
生抽 2茶匙
老抽 1茶匙
胡椒粉
🔹做法🔹
- 雞髀扒去皮切條,印乾水份;醃30分鐘
- 鑄鐵鍋鋪上冬瓜,要鋪滿煲底;放上鮮蟲草花和雞肉;鋪上紅棗、薑絲和杞,
- 中火煮至冒煙後,合蓋小火煮10-15分鐘,灑上蔥花即成

𝗜𝗻𝗴𝗿𝗲𝗱𝗶𝗲𝗻𝘁𝘀
2 boneless chicken thigh fillets
300g winter melon, peeled and sliced
Fresh cordyceps flowers
2 red dates, pitted and halved
1 tsp goji berries
2 slices ginger, shredded
𝗠𝗮𝗿𝗶𝗻𝗮𝗱𝗲
2 tsp soy sauce
1 tsp dark soy sauce
Ground white pepper
𝗜𝗻𝘀𝘁𝗿𝘂𝗰𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝘀
- Remove skin from chicken thighs, cut into strips and pat dry. Marinate for 30 mins.
- Line the bottom of a cast iron pot with winter melon slices, add cordyceps flowers and chicken, then top with red dates. ginger shreds and goji berries.
- Heat over medium heat until steaming, cover and simmer on low heat for 10-15 mins. Sprinkle with chopped scallions to serve.
