香辣味噌豚肉烏冬 Spicy Miso Udon 日式食譜 萬豚屋

Easy one pot recipe🫶🏻呢個係我喺萬豚屋餐廳最鍾意嘅烏冬!不過佢琴日last day 了🥹想食唯有喺屋企自己整!香辣濃郁嘅味噌湯底超開胃呀❤️‍🔥

🧡香辣味噌豚肉烏冬📝食譜
烹調時間⏱20分鐘

🔸材料🔸
急凍烏冬 2片
豚肉片 200g
水 600ml
昆布鰹魚湯包 1包
赤味噌 約2-3湯匙
辣椒粉 約1茶匙
粟米粒/豆苗
雞蛋 1隻

🔹做法🔹

  1. 下油炒豚肉片至半熟,盛起
  2. 同一個鍋倒入清水,加入湯包,煮沸後煮3分鐘;加入赤味噌和辣椒粉調味
  3. 放入急凍烏冬煮至散開,加入粟米粒、豆苗和豚肉片煮熟;放入雞蛋即成

𝗜𝗻𝗴𝗿𝗲𝗱𝗶𝗲𝗻𝘁𝘀
Frozen udon: 2 px
Pork belly slices: 200g
Water: 600ml
Kombu & bonito dashi packet: 1 packet
Red miso paste: 2–3 tbsp
Chilli powder: approx. 1 tsp
Sweetcorn / pea shoots
Egg: 1

𝗜𝗻𝘀𝘁𝗿𝘂𝗰𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝘀

  1. Heat oil, pan-fry pork slices until half-cooked, then set aside.
  2. In the same pot, add water and dashi packet. Bring to a boil and simmer for 3 mins. Stir in red miso paste and chilli powder to taste.
  3. Add frozen udon and cook until loosened. Add sweetcorn, pea shoots and pork, cook until done. Gently place in the egg and serve.
