🧡香辣味噌豚肉烏冬📝食譜
烹調時間⏱20分鐘
🔸材料🔸
急凍烏冬 2片
豚肉片 200g
水 600ml
昆布鰹魚湯包 1包
赤味噌 約2-3湯匙
辣椒粉 約1茶匙
粟米粒/豆苗
雞蛋 1隻

🔹做法🔹
- 下油炒豚肉片至半熟,盛起
- 同一個鍋倒入清水,加入湯包,煮沸後煮3分鐘;加入赤味噌和辣椒粉調味
- 放入急凍烏冬煮至散開,加入粟米粒、豆苗和豚肉片煮熟;放入雞蛋即成

𝗜𝗻𝗴𝗿𝗲𝗱𝗶𝗲𝗻𝘁𝘀
Frozen udon: 2 px
Pork belly slices: 200g
Water: 600ml
Kombu & bonito dashi packet: 1 packet
Red miso paste: 2–3 tbsp
Chilli powder: approx. 1 tsp
Sweetcorn / pea shoots
Egg: 1
𝗜𝗻𝘀𝘁𝗿𝘂𝗰𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝘀
- Heat oil, pan-fry pork slices until half-cooked, then set aside.
- In the same pot, add water and dashi packet. Bring to a boil and simmer for 3 mins. Stir in red miso paste and chilli powder to taste.
- Add frozen udon and cook until loosened. Add sweetcorn, pea shoots and pork, cook until done. Gently place in the egg and serve.
