萬能肉醬食譜🌟除了配意粉,配飯加隻煎蛋都好好味!做法超簡單!最喜歡可以預埋先煮定一大煲,再放冰格保存!我最多試過放冰格2星期😝都是一個超方便的帶飯idea!有肉又有菜好正😎

傳統肉醬食譜是加紅酒的!如果家中有小朋友,可以用雞湯/牛高湯代替❤️

🇮🇹經典義式肉醬意粉📝食譜
烹調時間⏱1小時

🔸材料🔸
意粉 180g
免治牛肉 330g (或可混合免治豬肉增加口感)
洋蔥 1個200g切粒
甘筍 200g切粒
西芹 200g切粒
茄膏 3茶匙
罐裝番茄 1罐400g
紅酒/雞湯 150ml
香葉 2塊
蕃茜 1棵
無鹽牛油 1湯匙
鹽、黑胡椒碎

🔹做法🔹

  1. ▪️預備肉醬▪️下油開鍋,加入免治牛肉炒至粒粒分明;下洋蔥炒至軟身,加入甘筍和西芹粒炒勻,下茄膏炒香
  2. 倒入罐裝番茄壓蓉,加入紅酒、香葉和蕃茜莖,煮沸後合蓋小火煮1小時;中火拌炒至略為收汁,下鹽、黑胡椒碎調味即成
  3. ▪️煮意粉▪️大鍋加水和1茶匙鹽煮沸,放入意粉,跟包裝建議煮的時間少2分鐘煮熟,瀝乾水備用
  4. 下牛油開鍋,炒香肉醬;加入意粉炒勻,灑上蕃茜葉和黑胡椒碎即可上桌

𝗜𝗻𝗴𝗿𝗲𝗱𝗶𝗲𝗻𝘁𝘀
Pasta 180g
Ground beef 330g (or can be mixed with ground pork for added texture)
Onion 1 piece (200g), diced
Carrot 200g, diced
Celery 200g, diced
Tomato paste 3 tsp
Canned tomatoes 1 can (400g)
Red wine/chicken broth 150ml
Bay leaves 2 px
Parsley 1 bunch
Unsalted butter 1 tbsp
Salt, black pepper (crushed)

𝗜𝗻𝘀𝘁𝗿𝘂𝗰𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝘀

  1. Heat oil in a pot, brown ground beef, then add onion, carrot, and celery. Stir in tomato paste until fragrant.
  2. Add crushed canned tomatoes, red wine, bay leaves, and parsley stems. Bring to a boil, cover, and simmer for 1 hr, stirring occasionally. Season with salt and pepper.
  3. Boil salted water, add pasta, and cook 2 mins less than package instructions. Drain.
  4. Sauté meat sauce in a pan with butter, then mix in the pasta. Serve topped with parsley and pepper.
