🧡煙三文魚芝士蘑菇蛋餅📝食譜
烹調時間⏱15分鐘
🔸材料🔸(2人份)
雞蛋 6隻
Mozzarella/ Cheddar芝士 40g
小啡菇 10粒切片
菠菜苗 100g
煙三文魚/蝦/風乾火腿/煙肉粒 (隨意配搭)
鹽、黑胡椒碎

🔹做法🔹
- 冷鍋下煙肉粒,小火煎至脆身油份䆁出;加入小啡菇炒至軟身,下菠菜苗炒勻,下鹽、黑胡椒碎調味,盛起備用
- 不黏鍋中火加熱後轉小火,灑上芝士碎,融化起泡後倒入一半蛋漿鋪平;加熱至半熟凝固,放上炒好的配料,加入額外芝士碎,將蛋餅對折即成

𝗜𝗻𝗴𝗿𝗲𝗱𝗶𝗲𝗻𝘁𝘀
6 eggs
40g Mozzarella/ Cheddar cheese
10 button mushrooms, sliced
100g baby spinach
Smoked salmon / shrimp / prosciutto / diced bacon (optional, choose as preferred)
Salt, ground black pepper
𝗜𝗻𝘀𝘁𝗿𝘂𝗰𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝘀
- Fry diced bacon in a cold pan over low heat until crispy and fat renders. Add mushrooms, stir-fry until soft, then mix in spinach. Remove and set aside.
- Heat a non-stick pan to medium, then low. Sprinkle cheese; once melted and bubbly, pour half the egg mixture, spread, and cook until half-set. Add fried ingredients and extra cheese, then fold the omelet.
