這個食譜的忌廉汁用了牛奶,味道香濃,感覺又沒那麼膩🫶🏻加入檸檬汁味道更加清新呀💛

🍋蒜香檸檬三文魚忌廉長通粉📝食譜
烹調時間⏱30分鐘
🔸材料🔸
長通粉/任何意粉 180g
三文魚扒 2塊切粒
牛油 1湯匙
蒜頭 6瓣磨蓉
車厘茄 12粒切半
牛奶 200ml
芝士碎 2湯匙
檸檬汁 1茶匙
蕃茜 1棵
鹽、黑胡椒碎

🔹做法🔹
- 大鍋加水和1湯匙鹽煮沸,放入長通粉;跟包裝建議煮的時間少2分鐘煮熟,瀝乾水備用
- 三文魚切粒,用廚房紙印乾水份,灑上鹽、黑胡椒碎;下油開鍋,加入三文魚粒煎至焦香,盛起備用
- 同一個鍋加入牛油,下蒜蓉和車厘茄炒勻;倒入牛奶小火煮沸,放入長通粉;加入芝士碎煮至湯汁濃稠;下鹽、黑胡椒碎調味,灑上檸檬汁、檸檬皮屑和香草碎,鋪上三文魚即成

𝗜𝗻𝗴𝗿𝗲𝗱𝗶𝗲𝗻𝘁𝘀
180g of long pasta or any pasta
2 pieces of salmon fillet, diced
1 tablespoon of butter
6 cloves of garlic, minced
12 cherry tomatoes, halved
200ml of milk
2 tablespoons of grated cheese
1 teaspoon of lemon juice
1 bunch of parsley
Salt and cracked black pepper
𝗜𝗻𝘀𝘁𝗿𝘂𝗰𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝘀
- Boil water with 1 tbsp of salt, add pasta, and cook 2 mins less than package instructions. Drain and set aside.
- Dice and pat dry the salmon, season with salt and pepper. Sauté in oil until golden, then set aside.
- In the same pot, melt butter, sauté garlic and cherry tomatoes, then add milk and bring to a gentle boil. Stir in cooked pasta and grated cheese until the sauce thickens. Season with salt, pepper, lemon juice, and parsley. Top with salmon and serve.
