最近好熱呀!Post個清新開胃的檸檬意粉食譜🌿我覺得這個天氣煮西餐舒服好多,煮中餐要有鑊氣開大火,次次都煮到好大汗🥵

這個食譜的忌廉汁用了牛奶,味道香濃,感覺又沒那麼膩🫶🏻加入檸檬汁味道更加清新呀💛

🍋蒜香檸檬三文魚忌廉長通粉📝食譜
烹調時間⏱30分鐘

🔸材料🔸
長通粉/任何意粉 180g
三文魚扒 2塊切粒
牛油 1湯匙
蒜頭 6瓣磨蓉
車厘茄 12粒切半
牛奶 200ml
芝士碎 2湯匙
檸檬汁 1茶匙
蕃茜 1棵
鹽、黑胡椒碎

🔹做法🔹

  1. 大鍋加水和1湯匙鹽煮沸,放入長通粉;跟包裝建議煮的時間少2分鐘煮熟,瀝乾水備用
  2. 三文魚切粒,用廚房紙印乾水份,灑上鹽、黑胡椒碎;下油開鍋,加入三文魚粒煎至焦香,盛起備用
  3. 同一個鍋加入牛油,下蒜蓉和車厘茄炒勻;倒入牛奶小火煮沸,放入長通粉;加入芝士碎煮至湯汁濃稠;下鹽、黑胡椒碎調味,灑上檸檬汁、檸檬皮屑和香草碎,鋪上三文魚即成

𝗜𝗻𝗴𝗿𝗲𝗱𝗶𝗲𝗻𝘁𝘀
180g of long pasta or any pasta
2 pieces of salmon fillet, diced
1 tablespoon of butter
6 cloves of garlic, minced
12 cherry tomatoes, halved
200ml of milk
2 tablespoons of grated cheese
1 teaspoon of lemon juice
1 bunch of parsley
Salt and cracked black pepper

𝗜𝗻𝘀𝘁𝗿𝘂𝗰𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝘀

  1. Boil water with 1 tbsp of salt, add pasta, and cook 2 mins less than package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  2. Dice and pat dry the salmon, season with salt and pepper. Sauté in oil until golden, then set aside.
  3. In the same pot, melt butter, sauté garlic and cherry tomatoes, then add milk and bring to a gentle boil. Stir in cooked pasta and grated cheese until the sauce thickens. Season with salt, pepper, lemon juice, and parsley. Top with salmon and serve.
