蒜香忌廉蕃茄大蝦意粉 Creamy Tomato Prawns Pasta 西式意粉 一鍋到底 海鮮

15 mins one pot pasta❤️‍🔥這個意粉汁實在太美味!我超喜歡😚Creamy又有蕃茄的酸味中和一下,完全不覺得膩!

今次又試新意粉,叫mafaldine捲邊意粉🌸好像闊條麵,兩邊波浪紋好吸汁又有口感🥹配creamy醬汁一流呀!

❤️蒜香忌廉蕃茄大蝦意粉📝食譜
烹調時間⏱15分鐘

🔸材料🔸(2人份)
任何意粉 180g
大蝦 8-10隻
小啡菇 1盒200g
車厘茄 15粒切半
菠菜苗 50g
無鹽牛油 1湯匙
蒜頭 6瓣磨蓉
茄膏 1湯匙
煮意粉水 150ml
淡忌廉 150ml
鹽、黑胡椒碎

🔹做法🔹

  1. 大鍋加水和1湯匙鹽煮沸,放入意粉,跟包裝建議煮的時間少2分鐘煮熟,瀝乾水備用
  2. 大蝦沖水解凍,去殻,沿背部界一刀去腸;用廚房紙吸乾水份,灑上鹽、黑胡椒調味
  3. 下牛油開鍋,放入大蝦煎至兩邊焦香,盛起備用
  4. 同一個鍋放入小啡菇炒至軟身,下蒜蓉、車厘茄和茄膏炒香;倒入煮意粉水煮沸
  5. 加入意粉炒勻、菠菜苗和淡忌廉炒勻;下鹽、黑胡椒碎調味即成

𝗜𝗻𝗴𝗿𝗲𝗱𝗶𝗲𝗻𝘁𝘀 (serves 2)
Any pasta 180g
Prawns 8-10 px
Cherry tomatoes 15, halved
Spinach sprouts 50g
Unsalted butter 1 tbsp
Garlic 6 cloves, minced
Tomato paste 1 tbsp
Pasta cooking water 150ml
Whipping cream 100ml
Salt, black pepper

𝗜𝗻𝘀𝘁𝗿𝘂𝗰𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝘀

  1. Boil water with 1 tablespoon of salt. Cook pasta for 2 mins less than package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  2. Rinse, peel, and devein the shrimp. Pat dry and season with salt and pepper.
  3. In the same pot, heat oil and sauté shrimp until golden. Remove and set aside.
  4. In the same pot, sauté the mushrooms until soft. Add minced garlic , cherry tomatoes and tomato paste, stir-fry until fragrant; pour in pasta cooking water
  5. Add pasta, spinach sprouts and whipping cream. Stir and season with salt and crushed black pepper. Serve.
