❤️蒜香忌廉蕃茄大蝦意粉📝食譜
烹調時間⏱15分鐘
🔸材料🔸(2人份)
任何意粉 180g
大蝦 8-10隻
小啡菇 1盒200g
車厘茄 15粒切半
菠菜苗 50g
無鹽牛油 1湯匙
蒜頭 6瓣磨蓉
茄膏 1湯匙
煮意粉水 150ml
淡忌廉 150ml
鹽、黑胡椒碎

🔹做法🔹
- 大鍋加水和1湯匙鹽煮沸,放入意粉,跟包裝建議煮的時間少2分鐘煮熟,瀝乾水備用
- 大蝦沖水解凍,去殻,沿背部界一刀去腸;用廚房紙吸乾水份,灑上鹽、黑胡椒調味
- 下牛油開鍋,放入大蝦煎至兩邊焦香,盛起備用
- 同一個鍋放入小啡菇炒至軟身,下蒜蓉、車厘茄和茄膏炒香;倒入煮意粉水煮沸
- 加入意粉炒勻、菠菜苗和淡忌廉炒勻;下鹽、黑胡椒碎調味即成

𝗜𝗻𝗴𝗿𝗲𝗱𝗶𝗲𝗻𝘁𝘀 (serves 2)
Any pasta 180g
Prawns 8-10 px
Cherry tomatoes 15, halved
Spinach sprouts 50g
Unsalted butter 1 tbsp
Garlic 6 cloves, minced
Tomato paste 1 tbsp
Pasta cooking water 150ml
Whipping cream 100ml
Salt, black pepper
𝗜𝗻𝘀𝘁𝗿𝘂𝗰𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝘀
- Boil water with 1 tablespoon of salt. Cook pasta for 2 mins less than package instructions. Drain and set aside.
- Rinse, peel, and devein the shrimp. Pat dry and season with salt and pepper.
- In the same pot, heat oil and sauté shrimp until golden. Remove and set aside.
- In the same pot, sauté the mushrooms until soft. Add minced garlic , cherry tomatoes and tomato paste, stir-fry until fragrant; pour in pasta cooking water
- Add pasta, spinach sprouts and whipping cream. Stir and season with salt and crushed black pepper. Serve.
