超惹味雞翼!由細到大我都好喜歡吃雞翼,可惜我老公零興趣,所以每次都是我自己吃光🥹而他就好喜歡蜜糖菠蘿,所以這個菜式滿足了我們兩個的願望🤣
菠蘿帶有天然酵素,可以分解蛋白質,令肉質更柔軟🌟不過不要醃太久,要不然肉質會太淋🫣上次整用了新鮮菠蘿,今次偷懶用罐頭,更加方便😚

🍍菠蘿蜜糖焗雞翼📝食譜
烹調時間⏱30分鐘
🔸材料🔸
雞翼 8隻
菠蘿 1罐230g
蒜粉 1茶匙
生抽 2茶匙
老抽 1湯匙
紹興花雕酒 1茶匙
黑胡椒碎
蜜糖 2湯匙

🔹做法🔹
- 雞翼解凍,用粗鹽沖洗去除雪味(雞皮𠝹幾刀更入味)
- 一片菠蘿切碎,除蜜糖外,混合醃料,醃雞翼30分鐘
- 其餘菠蘿放上焗盤;雞翼抹走醃料,放上菠蘿,180度焗15分鐘
- 雞翼和菠蘿掃上蜜糖,灑上黑胡椒碎;燒烤模式/230度焗約3分鐘至表面焦香即成

𝗜𝗻𝗴𝗿𝗲𝗱𝗶𝗲𝗻𝘁𝘀
Chicken wings: 8 pcs
Pineapple: 1 can (230g)
Garlic powder: 1 tsp
Light soy sauce: 2 tsp
Dark soy sauce: 1 sp
Shaoxing wine: 1 tsp
Crushed black pepper
Honey: 2 sp
𝗜𝗻𝘀𝘁𝗿𝘂𝗰𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝘀
- Thaw chicken wings, rinse with coarse salt to remove snowiness (make cuts on skin for better flavor).
- Cut 1 px pineapple, mix with marinade, marinate wings for 30 mins.
- Place remaining pineapple on baking tray; remove excess marinade from wings, place on pineapple, bake at 180°C for 15 mins.
- Brush wings and pineapple with honey, sprinkle with crushed black pepper; grill/230°C bake for approx. 3 mins until surface is browned.
