🧡菠蘿蜜糖焗雞翼📝食譜
烹調時間⏱30分鐘

🔸材料🔸
雞翼 8-10隻
菠蘿 1罐230g
生抽 2茶匙
老抽 1湯匙
蒜粉 1茶匙
紹興花雕酒 1茶匙
黑胡椒碎
蜜糖 2湯匙

🔹做法🔹

  1. 雞翼解凍,用粗鹽沖洗除去雪味(雞皮𠝹幾刀更入味)
  2. 一片菠蘿切碎,混合醃料;醃雞翼30分鐘
  3. 雞翼抹走醃料,放上菠蘿,180度焗15分鐘
  4. 掃上蜜糖,灑上黑胡椒碎;燒烤模式/230度焗約3分鐘至表面焦香即成

𝗜𝗻𝗴𝗿𝗲𝗱𝗶𝗲𝗻𝘁𝘀
Chicken wings: 8 -10 pcs
Pineapple: 1 can (230g)
Garlic powder: 1 tsp
Soy sauce: 2 tsp
Dark soy sauce: 1 tbsp
Shaoxing wine: 1 tsp
Crushed black pepper
Honey: 2 tbsp

𝗜𝗻𝘀𝘁𝗿𝘂𝗰𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝘀

  1. Thaw chicken wings, rinse with coarse salt to remove freezer smell (score skin for better flavor).
  2. Chop 1 slice of pineapple, mix with marinade; marinate wings for 30 mins.
  3. Pat wings dry, top with pineapple, bake at 180°C for 15 mins.
  4. Brush with honey, sprinkle black pepper; grill/bake at 230°C for ~3 mins until caramelized. Done.
