❤️🔥特濃蒜香韓式拉麵📝食譜
烹調時間⏱15分鐘
🔸材料🔸 (1人份)
辛辣麵/ 任何即食麵 1包
蒜頭 1個
大蔥/蔥, 蛋 (可省略)

🔹做法🔹
- 蒜頭撕去外皮,頂部位置如圖切一刀;切口位淋上橄欖油,用錫紙包好;焗爐200度焗30分鐘後打開錫紙,220度焗約10分鐘至啡黃色
- 大鍋倒入550ml水,放入蒜頭,煮沸後挑出蒜肉;倒入蔬菜包和調味粉,煮沸後將蒜頭壓蓉,取出蒜皮
- 放入麵餅和煮約3-4分鐘,灑上蔥花和麵碎即成,可額外放入雞蛋一同進食


𝗜𝗻𝘀𝘁𝗿𝘂𝗰𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝘀
- Peel the garlic, cut the top, drizzle with olive oil, wrap in foil, and bake at 200°C for 30 mins. Unwrap and bake at 220°C for 10 mins until golden brown.
- In a large pot, boil 550ml of water with the garlic. Remove garlic, add vegetable pack and seasoning, then mash the garlic and discard the skins.
- Add the noodles and cook for 3-4 mins. Top with chopped scallions and noodle crumbs; optionally, add an egg.
