🤎自家製KFC忌廉蘑菇飯📝食譜
烹調時間⏱20分鐘

🔸材料🔸
小啡菇 2盒共500g
蒜頭 4瓣磨蓉
牛高湯 350ml
淡忌廉 80ml
黑胡椒碎
百里香 (可省略)

🔸麵糊材料🔸
低筋麵粉 20g
無鹽牛油 20g

🔹做法🔹

  1. ▪️製作麵糊▪️煮溶牛油/微波爐熱溶牛油,加入麵粉攪拌均勻
  2. 大鍋燒熱,不用下油,放入小啡菇中火炒至出水變軟
  3. 倒入牛高湯和蒜蓉,煮沸後合蓋小火煮10分鐘;加入麵糊,中火煮至濃稠
  4. 下淡忌廉拌勻,灑上黑胡椒碎即成

𝗜𝗻𝗴𝗿𝗲𝗱𝗶𝗲𝗻𝘁𝘀
Mushrooms 500g (2 boxes)
Garlic 4 cloves, minced
Beef broth 350ml
Whipping cream 80ml
Black pepper
Thyme (optional)

𝙍𝙤𝙪𝙭 𝙞𝙣𝙜𝙧𝙚𝙙𝙞𝙚𝙣𝙩𝙨
Flour 20g, Unsalted butter 20g

𝗜𝗻𝘀𝘁𝗿𝘂𝗰𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝘀

  1. ▪️Making the roux▪️ Melt the butter in a saucepan or microwave, then mix in the flour until smooth.
  2. Heat a large pot without oil, add mushrooms, stir-fry over medium heat until they release water and soften.
  3. Pour in beef broth and minced garlic, bring to a boil, then cover and simmer over low heat for 10 mins. Add the roux and simmer over medium heat until thickened.
  4. Stir in the heavy cream, mix well, sprinkle with black pepper, serve with rice
