🤎自家製KFC忌廉蘑菇飯📝食譜
烹調時間⏱20分鐘
🔸材料🔸
小啡菇 2盒共500g
蒜頭 4瓣磨蓉
牛高湯 350ml
淡忌廉 80ml
黑胡椒碎
百里香 (可省略)
🔸麵糊材料🔸
低筋麵粉 20g
無鹽牛油 20g

🔹做法🔹
- ▪️製作麵糊▪️煮溶牛油/微波爐熱溶牛油,加入麵粉攪拌均勻
- 大鍋燒熱,不用下油,放入小啡菇中火炒至出水變軟
- 倒入牛高湯和蒜蓉,煮沸後合蓋小火煮10分鐘;加入麵糊,中火煮至濃稠
- 下淡忌廉拌勻,灑上黑胡椒碎即成

𝗜𝗻𝗴𝗿𝗲𝗱𝗶𝗲𝗻𝘁𝘀
Mushrooms 500g (2 boxes)
Garlic 4 cloves, minced
Beef broth 350ml
Whipping cream 80ml
Black pepper
Thyme (optional)
𝙍𝙤𝙪𝙭 𝙞𝙣𝙜𝙧𝙚𝙙𝙞𝙚𝙣𝙩𝙨
Flour 20g, Unsalted butter 20g
𝗜𝗻𝘀𝘁𝗿𝘂𝗰𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝘀
- ▪️Making the roux▪️ Melt the butter in a saucepan or microwave, then mix in the flour until smooth.
- Heat a large pot without oil, add mushrooms, stir-fry over medium heat until they release water and soften.
- Pour in beef broth and minced garlic, bring to a boil, then cover and simmer over low heat for 10 mins. Add the roux and simmer over medium heat until thickened.
- Stir in the heavy cream, mix well, sprinkle with black pepper, serve with rice
