呢個禮拜好潮濕乍暖還寒,感覺春天又來了🌸濕氣好重特別易覺得累,係時候煲去濕湯🙂‍↕️

五指毛桃有健脾去濕,潤肺益氣功效🧚‍♀️形狀似樹枝,用來煲湯會有椰子味,非常清甜🥹今次加埋薏米,加強去濕功效❤️‍🔥五指毛桃建議買啡黃色粗身!好過一紥幼身嗰種🌟聞落去有淡淡椰子味,如果有酸味可能用琉璜熏過😖

💦五指毛桃薏米去濕湯📝食譜
烹調時間⏱2小時

🔸材料🔸
五指毛桃 50g
瘦肉 400g (或可用腰果100g代替)
粟米 1條切件
紅蘿蔔 1條去皮切件
生熟薏米 70g
茨實 50g
准山 4片
無花果 3粒
紅棗 2粒去核
杞子 1湯匙
水 1800ml

🔹做法🔹

  1. 大鍋放入瘦肉,注入清水;中小火煮至沸騰,繼續煮3分鐘;盛起沖洗血污,倒走污水
  2. 除杞子外,全部材料放入大鍋,煮沸後合蓋小火煮1.5小時;加入杞子,繼續小火煮30分鐘即成

𝗜𝗻𝗴𝗿𝗲𝗱𝗶𝗲𝗻𝘁𝘀
50g hairy fig
400g lean meat (or 100g cashews as a substitute)
1 corn, cut into pieces
1 carrot, peeled and cut into pieces
70g raw and cooked semen coicis
50g dried euryale seeds
4 slices of dried yam
3 figs
2 pitted red dates
1 tbsp goji berries
1800ml water

𝗜𝗻𝘀𝘁𝗿𝘂𝗰𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝘀

  1. In a large pot, combine lean meat and water. Bring to a boil, cook for 3 mins, then remove the meat and rinse off any blood, discarding the water.
  2. Add all ingredients (except goji berries) to the pot. Boil, then cover and simmer for 1.5 hr. Add goji berries and simmer for another 30 mins before serving.
