❤️🔥韓式辣奶油蟹肉烏冬📝食譜
烹調時間⏱15分鐘
🔸材料🔸
蟹肉 150g
急凍烏冬 2-3片
韓式辣醬 1-2湯匙
茄膏 1湯匙
鮮奶 300ml
淡忌廉 50ml (可用生粉水代替)
脆米 (可省略)

🔹做法🔹
- 下油開鍋,炒香茄膏和韓式辣醬;下鮮奶和2/3蟹肉煮沸
- 加入烏冬煮至散開,下淡忌廉炒勻;鋪上蟹肉,合蓋小火煮2分鐘即成;可伴上脆米享用

𝗜𝗻𝗴𝗿𝗲𝗱𝗶𝗲𝗻𝘁𝘀
Crab meat 150g
Frozen udon 2-3 px
Korean chili paste 1-2 tbsp
Tomato paste 1 tbsp
Milk 300ml
Whipping cream 50ml (can be replaced with cornstarch water)
Crispy rice (optional)
𝗜𝗻𝘀𝘁𝗿𝘂𝗰𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝘀
- Heat oil in a pan and sauté the tomato paste and Korean chili paste until fragrant; add milk and 2/3 of the crab meat and bring to a boil.
- Add udon and cook until separated, stir in the whipping cream; top with the remaining crab meat, cover, and simmer on low heat for 2 mins. Serve with crispy rice if desired.
