❤️🔥西班牙蒜油八爪魚📝食譜
烹調時間⏱15分鐘
🔸材料🔸
八爪魚腳 1-2條切粒
小啡菇 200g切片
生食用雞蛋 1隻
蒜頭 10瓣切片
橄欖油 30ml
蕃茜 2棵
鹽、黑胡椒碎
🔹做法🔹
- 大鍋下橄欖油,加入蒜片和蕃茜莖,小火煎至金黃
- 下小啡菇炒至軟身,加入八爪魚粒炒勻;下鹽、黑胡椒碎調味;灑上蕃茜碎,中間放入雞蛋煮至半熟即成

𝗜𝗻𝗴𝗿𝗲𝗱𝗶𝗲𝗻𝘁𝘀
1-2 octopus tentacles, diced
200g mushrooms, sliced
1 egg
10 garlic cloves, sliced
30ml olive oil
2 sprigs of parsley
Salt and freshly ground black pepper
𝗜𝗻𝘀𝘁𝗿𝘂𝗰𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝘀
- Heat olive oil in a large pan. Add sliced garlic and parsley stems, sauté on low heat until golden.
- Add mushrooms, stir-fry until soft. Toss in diced octopus, mix well. Season with salt and black pepper, sprinkle chopped parsley, crack an egg in the center, and cook until half-set. Serve.
