❤️🔥蒜香鹽昆布大蝦意粉📝食譜
烹調時間⏱15分鐘
🔸材料🔸(2人份)
意粉 180g
去殼大蝦 8-10隻
蒜頭 8瓣切片
煮意粉水 50ml
日式醬油 1茶匙
鹽昆布 2-3湯匙
乾辣椒/黑胡椒碎
🔹做法🔹
- 大蝦去腸,用鹽、黑胡椒碎醃10分鐘
- 大鍋加水和1湯匙鹽煮沸,放入意粉,跟包裝建議煮的時間少2分鐘煮熟,瀝乾水備用
- 下橄欖油開鍋,加入蒜片,小火煎至蒜片金黃;加入大蝦煎熟,盛起備用
- 加入意粉和煮意粉水,下日式醬油和鹽昆布,炒至乾身;鋪上大蝦,下乾辣椒/黑胡椒碎調味即成

𝗜𝗻𝗴𝗿𝗲𝗱𝗶𝗲𝗻𝘁𝘀 (serves 2)
Spaghetti 180g
Peeled large prawns 8–10 px
Garlic 8 cloves (sliced)
Pasta cooking water 50ml
Japanese soy sauce 1 tsp
Salted kelp 2–3 tbsp
Dried chili flakes / ground black pepper
𝗜𝗻𝘀𝘁𝗿𝘂𝗰𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝘀
- Devein the prawns, marinate with salt and black pepper for 10 mins.
- Boil salted water in a large pot. Cook spaghetti 2 mins shorter than package instructions, then drain.
- Heat olive oil, pan-fry garlic slices over low heat until golden. Cook prawns thoroughly and set aside.
- Add spaghetti and reserved pasta water, toss with soy sauce and salted kelp until dry. Top with prawns, season with chili flakes or black pepper to serve.
