沒想過家中都整到這個酒樓小食🥹而且做法不難!有時出街食覺得太甜,這個是少甜版,吃多點都不覺得膩😛
材料好簡單!我用了北海道鮮奶,味道更加香🥰炸粉就用現成的,太懶不想自己溝粉🫣不過之前我試過只用炸粉,外皮始終不夠脆和脹卜卜!醒起以前家人會用自發粉!試試兩種粉mix,一次就成功🥳香脆的炸皮包住軟淋淋的牛奶,實在太好味!🥺用來宴客絕對可以surprise到家人朋友呀😎✨

❤️🔥香脆炸北海道鮮奶📝食譜
烹調時間⏱15分鐘
🔸材料🔸
鮮奶 500ml
水 150ml
粟粉 60g
砂糖 45g
煉奶 1湯匙
🔸炸漿材料🔸
炸粉 85g
自發粉 40g
室溫水 150ml
油 1茶匙

🔹做法🔹
- 粟粉和水混合;牛奶、煉奶和砂糖小火加熱至冒煙,逐少加入粟粉水,中/小火邊攪拌至糊狀,倒入已掃油的保鮮盒,放涼後放雪櫃一晚,切條
- 粉漿材料混合,靜置20分鐘;另外預備一盤粟粉;油加熱至170度
- 鮮奶條先沾上粟粉,再放入粉漿;用夾/匙羹放入油鍋(不要用筷子,好易夾斷!)中火炸約1-2分鐘至淡黃色
- 油加熱至190度,大火炸約20秒至金黃後盛起(建議逐條炸避免燒焦) 趁熱享用!建議配煉奶進食更美味!

𝗜𝗻𝗴𝗿𝗲𝗱𝗶𝗲𝗻𝘁𝘀
Milk 500ml
Water 150ml
Cornstarch 60g
Sugar 45g
Condensed milk 1 tablespoon
𝗕𝗮𝘁𝘁𝗲𝗿
Frying powder 85g
Self-raising flour 40g
Room temperature water 150ml
Oil 1 teaspoon
𝗜𝗻𝘀𝘁𝗿𝘂𝗰𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝘀
- Mix cornstarch and water. Heat milk, condensed milk, and sugar over low heat until smoking, then gradually add the cornstarch mixture while stirring until it becomes a paste. Pour into an oiled container, let it cool, then refrigerate overnight and cut into strips.
- Mix batter ingredients and let it sit for 20 mins. Prepare a plate of cornstarch. Heat oil to 170°C.
- Dip the milk strips in cornstarch, then put them in the batter. Use tongs or a spoon (avoid using chopsticks as they may break easily) to put them in the hot oil and fry over medium heat for about 1-2 mins until light yellow.
- Heat the oil to 190°C, then fry the strips over high heat for about 20 sec until golden brown before removing from the oil (it is recommended to fry them one at a time to avoid burning). Enjoy while hot.
