🌽鮮粟米蘑菇忌廉雞湯扭扭粉📝食譜
烹調時間⏱30分鐘
🔸材料🔸
任何意粉 200g
無鹽牛油 1湯匙
洋蔥 半個切粒
粟米 2條切粒
蘑菇 1盒200g
紅蘿蔔 1條切粒
雞柳/ 雞髀肉 200g切粒
雞湯 500ml
鮮奶 500ml
淡忌廉 100ml (可省略)
生粉水 1湯匙生粉+50ml水

🔹做法🔹
- 大鍋加水和1茶匙鹽煮沸,放入意粉,跟包裝建議煮的時間少2分鐘煮熟,瀝乾水備用
- 下牛油開鍋,加入洋蔥粒炒至半透明;下蘑菇炒軟,然後加入雞粒、紅蘿蔔和粟米粒炒勻
- 倒入雞湯,煮滾後加入粟米芯,合蓋小火煮20分鐘
- 取出粟米芯,加入鮮奶小火煮沸;倒入生粉水,中火煮至理想濃稠度,加入意粉和淡忌廉;下鹽、黑胡椒碎調味即成

𝗜𝗻𝗴𝗿𝗲𝗱𝗶𝗲𝗻𝘁𝘀
Any type of pasta 200g
Unsalted butter 1 tbsp
Onion, half, diced
Corn, 2 cobs, cut into kernels
Mushrooms, 1 box (200g)
Carrot, 1, diced
Chicken fillet/thigh meat, 200g, diced
Chicken broth, 500ml
Fresh milk, 500ml
Whipping cream, 100ml (optional)
Potato starch water, 1 tbsp potato starch + 50ml water
𝗜𝗻𝘀𝘁𝗿𝘂𝗰𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝘀
- Boil water with 1 tsp salt in a large pot. Cook the pasta for 2 mins less than instructed on the package. Drain and set aside.
- Melt butter in a pan, sauté onions until translucent. Add mushrooms, cook until softened. Add chicken, carrots, and corn, stir-fry.
- Pour in chicken broth, bring to a boil. Add corn cobs, cover, and simmer for 20 mins.
- Remove corn cobs. Add milk, bring to a boil. Stir in cornstarch slurry, cook until thickened. Add pasta and cream. Season with salt and pepper. Serve.
