🤍電飯煲椰青水番茄肥牛烏冬📝食譜

🔸材料🔸
番茄 2-3個
肥牛片 150g
急凍烏冬 2片
椰菜 1/4個切絲
洋蔥 半個切絲
純椰青水 800ml

鹽、黑胡椒碎

🔹做法🔹

  1. 番茄底部𠝹十字,放入電飯煲;加入椰菜和洋蔥絲,倒入純椰青水 ;按下電飯煲煮粥模式
  2. 煮粥模式完成前10分鐘開蓋,將番茄壓蓉,下鹽調味;放入烏冬和肥牛片,繼續煮粥模式即成;灑上蔥花和黑胡椒碎即可上桌

𝗜𝗻𝗴𝗿𝗲𝗱𝗶𝗲𝗻𝘁𝘀
Tomatoes 2-3 px
Beef slices 150g
Frozen udon 2 px
Cabbage 1/4, shredded
Onion half, shredded
MEKO 100% pure coconut water 800ml
Scallions
Salt, crushed black pepper

𝗜𝗻𝘀𝘁𝗿𝘂𝗰𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝘀

  1. Cut a cross at the bottom of the tomato and place it in the rice cooker; add cabbage and sliced onions, pour in MEKO 100% pure coconut water; press the porridge mode on the rice cooker.
  2. 10 mins before the porridge mode is finished, open the lid, mash the tomato, and add salt to taste; then add the udon and slices of beef, and continue cooking in porridge mode until done; sprinkle with chopped scallions and cracked black pepper before serving.
