💫電飯煲薑蔥雞翼燜飯📝食譜
烹調時間⏱30分鐘
🔸材料🔸 (2人份)
雞翼 6-8隻
白米 1.5杯
薑 6片切薄
蔥 1棵切段
乾蔥 2粒切絲
麻油 3茶匙
生抽 1湯匙
🔸醃料🔸
生抽 1湯匙
老抽 1茶匙
麻油 半茶匙
🔹做法🔹
- 雞翼解凍,醃30分鐘
- 大鍋下麻油,小火煎香薑片至金黃,盛起;加入乾蔥絲和蔥白炒香,下雞翼煎至兩邊焦香
- 電飯煲放入白米,加入生抽,倒入清水(正常煮飯份90%);加入炒香的乾蔥絲和蔥白拌勻;鋪上薑片和雞翼,淋上1茶匙步驟2的蔥油,按下煮飯模式即成

𝗜𝗻𝗴𝗿𝗲𝗱𝗶𝗲𝗻𝘁𝘀
Chicken wings: 6-8 pcs
White rice: 1.5 cups
Ginger: 6 slices (thinly sliced)
Green onions: 3 stalks
Dried shallots: 2 pcs (sliced)
Sesame oil: 3 tsp
Soy sauce: 1 tbsp
𝗠𝗮𝗿𝗶𝗻𝗮𝗱𝗲
Soy sauce: 1 snap
Dark soy sauce: 1 tsp
Sesame oil: 1/2 tsp
𝗜𝗻𝘀𝘁𝗿𝘂𝗰𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝘀
- Thaw chicken wings, marinate for 30 mins.
- Heat oil, fry ginger until golden, set aside.Sauté dried shallots and white part of green onions. Add chicken wings, fry until browned
- In rice cooker, add rice, fried shallots, white part of green onions. Add water, soy sauce. Place ginger slices and chicken wings on top. Drizzle with 1 tsp of scallion oil from step 2. Cook in rice cooker and done!
