15 mins one pot pasta❤️🔥實在太正!又是一煲過有肉有菜有carbs🤣
話說上星期老公去瑞士business trip,幫我買了香港少見的意粉!今次主角是這款pasta叫Radiatori♨️這個名字是因為形狀像Radiator散熱器🤣超級掛汁,配creamy醬汁一流呀🥹買不到用任何意粉都可以!

❤️蒜香忌廉蕃茄雞肉螺絲粉📝食譜
烹調時間⏱15分鐘
🔸材料🔸(2人份)
任何意粉 180g
雞胸肉 280g切粒
車厘茄 15粒切半
菠菜苗 50g
無鹽牛油 1湯匙
蒜頭 4瓣磨蓉
茄膏 1湯匙
鮮奶 200ml
淡忌廉 100ml
巴馬臣芝士碎 20g (可省略)
🔸雞肉醃料🔸
鹽、黑胡椒碎
蒜粉 半茶匙

🔹做法🔹
- 雞胸肉醃30分鐘
- 大鍋加水和1湯匙鹽煮沸,放入意粉,跟包裝建議煮的時間少2分鐘煮熟,瀝乾水備用
- 下油開鍋,中火煎雞肉粒至焦香,盛起備用
- 同一個鍋加入牛油,下蒜蓉和茄膏炒香;加入車厘茄炒勻
- 倒入鮮奶小火煮沸,加入菠菜苗、雞肉粒和意粉;下淡忌廉和芝士碎炒勻,加入鹽、黑胡椒碎調味即成

𝗜𝗻𝗴𝗿𝗲𝗱𝗶𝗲𝗻𝘁𝘀 (serves 2)
Any pasta 180g
Chicken breast 280g, diced
Cherry tomatoes 15, halved
Spinach sprouts 50g
Unsalted butter 1 tbsp
Garlic 4 cloves, minced
Tomato paste 1 tbsp
Milk 200ml
Whipping cream 100ml
Parmesan cheese, grated 20g (optional)
𝗠𝗮𝗿𝗶𝗻𝗮𝗱𝗲
Salt, black pepper
Garlic powder ½ teaspoon
𝗜𝗻𝘀𝘁𝗿𝘂𝗰𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝘀
- Marinate chicken breast for 30 mins.
- Boil water with 1 tsp of salt, add pasta, and cook 2 mins less than package instructions. Drain and set aside.
- In the same pot, heat oil and sauté diced chicken until golden, then remove.
- Add butter to the pot, sauté garlic and tomato paste, then add cherry tomatoes.
- Stir in milk, simmer, then add spinach, diced chicken and pasta. Mix in cream and cheese; season with salt and pepper
