🤎日式醬油闊條烏冬📝食譜
烹調時間⏱20分鐘
🔸材料🔸(2人份)
和牛/肥牛片 300g
闊條烏冬 2/3包
本菇/溫室豆苗/魚餅
🔸調味料🔸
水 500ml
鰹魚汁 100ml (留意瓶身濃縮程度)
日式醬油 50ml
砂糖 1茶匙

🔹做法🔹
- 大鍋煮沸水,逐條放入烏冬,中火煮11分鐘;間中拌散烏冬
- 下油開鍋,加入肥牛片炒至半熟,盛起
- 同一個鍋加入調味料,煮沸後放入配料煮熟,下烏冬和肥牛片即成

𝗜𝗻𝗴𝗿𝗲𝗱𝗶𝗲𝗻𝘁𝘀
Wagyu beef / beef slices, 300g
Wide udon noodles, 2/3 pack
Shimeji mushrooms / pea shoots / Fish cakes
𝗦𝗲𝗮𝘀𝗼𝗻𝗶𝗻𝗴𝘀
Water, 500ml
Bonito stock, 100ml (Note the concentration level on the bottle)
Japanese soy sauce, 50ml
Sugar, 1 tsp
𝗜𝗻𝘀𝘁𝗿𝘂𝗰𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝘀
- Bring a large pot of water to a boil, add udon noodles one by one, and cook over medium heat for 11 mins; stir occasionally to separate the noodles.
- Heat oil in a pan, add fatty beef slices and stir-fry until half-cooked, then transfer to a plate.
- Add the seasonings to the same pan, bring to a boil, then add the ingredients and cook until done. Finally, add the udon noodles and fatty beef slices, and the dish is ready.
