🌟鹽焗大雞髀油飯📝食譜
烹調時間⏱30分鐘

🔸材料🔸 (2人份)
大雞髀 1隻
白米 1.5杯
薑 3片
薑黃粉 半茶匙
蔥 1棵切段

🔸醃料🔸
鹽焗雞粉 2-3茶匙
鹽、砂糖 各半茶匙
薑黃粉 1/4茶匙
麻油 半茶匙

🔹做法🔹

  1. 雞髀淋上熱水令雞皮收縮,用叉刺孔,醃至少1小時
  2. 電飯煲放入白米,按平時煮飯份量90%倒入清水,加入薑黃粉;鋪上薑片、蔥段和雞髀,按下煮飯模式即成

𝗜𝗻𝗴𝗿𝗲𝗱𝗶𝗲𝗻𝘁𝘀
1 large chicken thigh
1.5 cups of white rice
3 slices of ginger
½ tsp of turmeric powder
1 scallion, cut into sections

𝗠𝗮𝗿𝗶𝗻𝗮𝗱𝗲
2-3 tsp of salt-baked chicken powder
½ tsp each of salt and sugar
¼ tsp of turmeric powder
½ tsp of sesame oil

𝗜𝗻𝘀𝘁𝗿𝘂𝗰𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝘀

  1. Pour hot water over the chicken thigh to shrink the skin, poke holes and marinate for at least 1 hr
  2. In a rice cooker, add rice and pour in water according to the usual amount for cooking rice, stir in turmeric powder. Layer the ginger slices, scallions and chicken thigh on top, and set it to cooking mode.
