🇯🇵蒜香三文魚粟米炊飯📝食譜
烹調時間⏱30分鐘

米 1.5米杯
水 1.5米杯
三文魚 200g切粒
粟米粒 50g
本菇 1包
蒜頭 5瓣磨蓉
牛油 1湯匙
蔥花
🔸調味料🔸
鰹魚粉 1茶匙(可省略)
日式醬油 1茶匙
味醂 1茶匙
料理酒 半茶匙

🔹做法🔹
- 下牛油開鍋,加入三文魚粒煎至表面焦香,盛起;同一個鍋加入蒜蓉、粟米和本菇炒勻
- ▪️電飯煲▪️白米放入飯鍋,倒入清水和調味料;鋪上三文魚、粟米和本菇;按下煮飯按鈕,灑上蔥花和黑胡椒碎即可享用
- ▪️爐頭▪️大鍋加入白米、清水和調味料,中火煮至微滾 (呈魚眼泡,期間用筷子攪拌防黏);加入三文魚、粟米和本菇,合蓋小火煮20分鐘,熄火焗10分鐘;灑上蔥花和黑胡椒碎即可享用
Tips: 如怕三文魚過熟,可以最後10分鐘才加入

𝗜𝗻𝗴𝗿𝗲𝗱𝗶𝗲𝗻𝘁𝘀
Rice: 1.5 cups
Water: 1.5 cups
Salmon: 200g, diced
Corn: 50g
Shiitake mushrooms: 1 pack
Garlic: 5 cloves, minced
Butter: 1 tbsp
Chopped green onions
𝗦𝗲𝗮𝘀𝗼𝗻𝗶𝗻𝗴𝘀
Bonito flakes 1 tsp (optional)
Soy sauce 1 tsp
Mirin 1 tsp
Cooking sake 1/2 tsp
𝗜𝗻𝘀𝘁𝗿𝘂𝗰𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝘀
- Melt butter in a pot, add diced salmon, fry until crispy. Set aside. In the same pot, stir-fry minced garlic, corn, and shiitake mushrooms
- Rice Cooker: Add rice, water, and seasonings to the cooker. Top with salmon, corn, and mushrooms, press cook. Once done, sprinkle with green onions and black pepper.
- Stovetop: Combine rice, water, and seasonings in a large pot. Cook over medium heat until bubbling, stirring occasionally. Add salmon, corn, and mushrooms; cover and simmer on low for 20 mins. Let sit for 10 mins, garnish with green onions and black pepper.
