神還原KFC!全程只用一個pan,好適合放工快煮!有肉又有菜🫶🏻自己煮可以落更多雞肉,滿滿蛋白質,足料過餐廳❤️‍🔥

為了更像KFC我加了青豆🙊不過這款是新鮮青豆!大粒好味好多🥹and good source of protein too!

🐥KFC白汁雞皇飯📝食譜
烹調時間⏱30分鐘

🔸材料🔸
雞脾肉 2塊去皮切粒
洋蔥 半個切件
甘荀 1條切粒
薯仔 1個切粒
青豆 (可省略)
雞湯 250ml
鮮奶 250ml
鹽、胡椒粉

🔸麵糊材料🔸
低筋麵粉 20g
牛油 20g

🔹做法🔹

  1. 雞肉用鹽、胡椒粉醃30分鐘;煮溶牛油/微波爐熱溶牛油,加入麵粉攪拌均勻
  2. 下油開鍋,加入洋蔥炒至軟身;下薯仔和甘荀炒香,倒入雞湯;煮沸後合蓋小火煮15分鐘
  3. 加入雞粒、青豆和鮮奶,小火煮10分鐘至熟;下麵糊中火煮至濃稠,灑上黑胡椒碎即成

𝗜𝗻𝗴𝗿𝗲𝗱𝗶𝗲𝗻𝘁𝘀
2 px skinless chicken thighs, diced
½ onion, chopped
1 carrot, diced
1 potato, diced
Green peas (optional)
250ml chicken broth , 250ml milk
Salt, pepper

𝗥𝗼𝘂𝘅 𝗶𝗻𝗴𝗿𝗲𝗱𝗶𝗲𝗻𝘁𝘀
20g flour, 20g butter

𝗜𝗻𝘀𝘁𝗿𝘂𝗰𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝘀

  1. Marinate chicken with salt and pepper for 30 minutes. Melt butter and mix with flour.
  2. Heat oil in a pan; sauté onion until soft. Add potato and carrot, then stir in chicken broth. Bring to a boil, cover, and simmer for 15 minutes.
  3. Add diced chicken, green peas, and milk. Cook on low for 10 minutes. Stir in batter and cook on medium until thickened. Sprinkle with black pepper before serving.
