🐥KFC白汁雞皇飯📝食譜
烹調時間⏱30分鐘
🔸材料🔸
雞脾肉 2塊去皮切粒
洋蔥 半個切件
甘荀 1條切粒
薯仔 1個切粒
青豆 (可省略)
雞湯 250ml
鮮奶 250ml
鹽、胡椒粉
🔸麵糊材料🔸
低筋麵粉 20g
牛油 20g

🔹做法🔹
- 雞肉用鹽、胡椒粉醃30分鐘;煮溶牛油/微波爐熱溶牛油,加入麵粉攪拌均勻
- 下油開鍋,加入洋蔥炒至軟身;下薯仔和甘荀炒香,倒入雞湯;煮沸後合蓋小火煮15分鐘
- 加入雞粒、青豆和鮮奶,小火煮10分鐘至熟;下麵糊中火煮至濃稠,灑上黑胡椒碎即成

𝗜𝗻𝗴𝗿𝗲𝗱𝗶𝗲𝗻𝘁𝘀
2 px skinless chicken thighs, diced
½ onion, chopped
1 carrot, diced
1 potato, diced
Green peas (optional)
250ml chicken broth , 250ml milk
Salt, pepper
𝗥𝗼𝘂𝘅 𝗶𝗻𝗴𝗿𝗲𝗱𝗶𝗲𝗻𝘁𝘀
20g flour, 20g butter
𝗜𝗻𝘀𝘁𝗿𝘂𝗰𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝘀
- Marinate chicken with salt and pepper for 30 minutes. Melt butter and mix with flour.
- Heat oil in a pan; sauté onion until soft. Add potato and carrot, then stir in chicken broth. Bring to a boil, cover, and simmer for 15 minutes.
- Add diced chicken, green peas, and milk. Cook on low for 10 minutes. Stir in batter and cook on medium until thickened. Sprinkle with black pepper before serving.
