減脂餐idea🫶🏻前一日食滯咗,就會煮呢個菜式🤣一煲有肉和大量菜😝最正係可以前一晚預備,放過夜會更加香濃!今次用Le Creuset 鑄鐵鍋,傳熱均勻又存熱鎖水,牛肉炆到好淋!直接煮完上桌都好靚💜

🇭🇰港式羅宋濃湯扭扭粉📝食譜
烹調時間⏱2小時

🔸材料🔸(2-4人份)
通心粉 200g
牛腩/牛肋條 300g
洋蔥 半個切粒
西芹 200g切粒
甘荀 250g切粒
椰菜 半個切條
罐裝番茄 1罐400g
蒜頭 4瓣
水 1200ml

🔸調味料🔸
香葉 3片
茄膏 5茶匙
檸檬汁 2茶匙
蕃茜碎
砂糖 1茶匙
鹽、黑胡椒碎

🔹做法🔹

  1. 牛肉浸水30分鐘去除血污,印乾水份
  2. 下油開鍋,煎封牛肉至每邊焦香;下茄膏、洋蔥粒和蒜粒炒香
  3. 加入香葉、西芹、椰菜和甘荀粒炒勻,倒入罐裝番茄和清水,煮沸後合蓋煮2小時
  4. 加入檸檬汁,下砂糖、鹽和黑胡椒碎調味;可加入額外茄膏;熄火,加入蕃茜碎
  5. 通粉跟包裝建議煮的時間少1分鐘煮熟,瀝乾水放入羅宋湯煮滾即成

𝗜𝗻𝗴𝗿𝗲𝗱𝗶𝗲𝗻𝘁𝘀
Macaroni 200g
Beef brisket/ ribs 300g
Onion, half, diced
Celery 200g, diced
Carrot 250g, diced
Cabbage, half, chopped
Canned tomatoes, 1 can (400g)
4 cloves of garlic
Water 1200ml

𝗦𝗲𝗮𝘀𝗼𝗻𝗶𝗻𝗴𝘀
Bay leaves, 3 px
Tomato paste, 5 tsp
Lemon juice, 2 tsp
Chopped parsley
Sugar, 1 tsp
Salt, black pepper, to taste

𝗜𝗻𝘀𝘁𝗿𝘂𝗰𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝘀

  1. Soak beef in water for 30 mins, pat dry.
  2. Sear beef in oil until browned. Add tomato paste, diced onions, and minced garlic.
  3. Stir in bay leaves, celery, cabbage, and diced carrots. Pour in canned tomatoes and water. Simmer covered for 2 hrs.
  4. Add lemon juice, sugar, salt, and black pepper. Optional: additional tomato paste. Remove from heat and sprinkle with chopped parsley.
  5. Cook macaroni 1 min less than package instructions. Drain and add to the soup. Bring to a boil and serve.
