❤️忌廉蕃茄三文魚意粉📝食譜
烹調時間⏱15分鐘
🔸材料🔸(2人份)
任何意粉 180g
三文魚 2-3塊切粒
小啡菇 1盒200g
車厘茄 15粒切半
菠菜苗 50g
蒜頭 6瓣磨蓉
茄膏 1湯匙
鮮奶/煮意粉水 150ml
淡忌廉 150ml
鹽、黑胡椒碎
🔹做法🔹
- 大鍋加水和1湯匙鹽煮沸,放入意粉,跟包裝建議煮的時間少2分鐘煮熟,瀝乾水備用
- 三文魚用廚房紙印乾水份,灑上鹽、黑胡椒碎;下油開鍋,加入三文魚煎至焦香全熟,盛起備用
- 同一個鍋放入小啡菇炒至軟身,下蒜蓉、車厘茄和茄膏炒香;倒入鮮奶煮沸
- 加入意粉和菠菜苗,下淡忌廉煮至醬汁濃稠;下鹽、黑胡椒碎調味即成

𝗜𝗻𝗴𝗿𝗲𝗱𝗶𝗲𝗻𝘁𝘀 (serves 2)
Any pasta 180g
Salmon 2-3 px diced
Mushroom 1 box 200g
Cherry tomatoes 15, halved
Spinach sprouts 50g
Garlic 6 cloves, minced
Tomato paste 1 tbsp
Milk/ pasta cooking water 150ml
Whipping cream 150ml
Salt, black pepper
𝗜𝗻𝘀𝘁𝗿𝘂𝗰𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝘀
- Boil water + 1 tbsp salt in a pot, add pasta, cook 2 mins less than package instruction, drain.
- Pat salmon dry, season with salt and black pepper. Pan-fry in oil until golden and fully cooked, set aside.
- Sauté mushrooms in the same pan until soft, add garlic, cherry tomatoes and tomato paste, stir-fry until fragrant. Pour in milk and bring to a boil.
- Add pasta and baby spinach, stir in light cream until sauce thickens. Season with salt and black pepper, serve.
