❤️‍🔥花雕醉雞湯米線 📝食譜
烹調時間⏱15分鐘

🔸材料🔸(2-3人份)
雞 半隻切件
鮮米線/任何麵 300g
紅棗 2粒去核
雞湯 500ml
水 300ml
紹興花雕酒 50ml
杞子 1湯匙
黑木耳

🔸醃料🔸
紹興花雕酒 50ml
生抽 1茶匙
薑 4片
蔥 1棵切段

🔹做法🔹

  1. 雞件浸淡鹽水15分鐘除去血污,抹乾後用醃料醃至少1小時,醃1晚更入味
  2. 雞湯和水煮沸,放入紅棗;加入雞件煮熟(可用吸油紙吸油)
  3. 加入黑木耳、鮮米線和杞子煮熟;倒入紹興花雕酒拌勻即成

𝗜𝗻𝗴𝗿𝗲𝗱𝗶𝗲𝗻𝘁𝘀 (serves 2-3)
Chicken 1/2, cut into pieces
Noodles 300g
Red dates 2 px pitted
Chicken broth 500ml
Water 300ml
Shaoxing wine 50ml
Goji berries 1 tbsp
Black fungus

𝗠𝗮𝗿𝗶𝗻𝗮𝗱𝗲
Shaoxing wine 50ml
Soy sauce 1 tsp
Ginger 4 slices
Spring onion 1 px

𝗜𝗻𝘀𝘁𝗿𝘂𝗰𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝘀

  1. Soak chicken in lightly salted water for 15 mins to remove impurities. Pat dry and marinate for at least 1 hr (overnight for better flavor).
  2. Boil chicken broth and water, then add red dates. Add chicken and cook through, using oil-absorbing paper to remove excess oil.
  3. Add black fungus, fresh rice noodles, and goji berries. Cook until done, then stir in Shaoxing wine.
