🩵老黃瓜瑤柱栗子湯📝食譜
烹調時間⏱2小時
🔸材料🔸
老黃瓜 1條
瑤柱 6粒
瘦肉 300g
紅蘿蔔 1條去皮切段
粟米 1條
栗子 15粒
赤小豆 100g
扁豆 100g
無花果/ 蜜棗 2粒
陳皮 1塊去囊
水 2200ml
🔹做法🔹
- 老黃瓜用錫紙擦走表面污垢,切件去籽去囊;瑤柱熱水浸軟;赤小豆扁豆浸30分鐘
- 大鍋放入瘦肉,注入清水;中小火煮至沸騰,繼續煮3分鐘;盛起沖洗血污,倒走污水
- 全部材料放入大鍋,煮沸後合蓋小火煮2小時即成

𝗜𝗻𝗴𝗿𝗲𝗱𝗶𝗲𝗻𝘁𝘀
1 old yellow cucumber
6 dried scallops
300g lean pork
1 carrot (peeled and cut into sections)
1 corn cob
15 chestnuts
100g red beans
100g hyacinth beans
2 figs / candied jujubes
1 dried tangerine peel (remove inner pith)
2200ml water
𝗜𝗻𝘀𝘁𝗿𝘂𝗰𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝘀
- Rub the old cucumber with aluminium foil to clean surface dirt, cut into chunks and remove seeds and pulp. Soak dried scallops in hot water until soft. Soak the beans for 30 mins.
- Put lean pork in a pot with cold water, simmer over medium-low heat until boiling, cook for another 3 mins. Take out the pork, rinse off blood foam and discard the dirty water.
- Place all ingredients into the pot. Bring to a boil, cover with lid and simmer on low heat for 2 hrs. Done.
