❤️‍🔥泰式飛天通菜📝食譜
烹調時間⏱5分鐘

🔸材料🔸
通菜 400g (建議選用泰國通菜)
蒜頭 4粒切碎
紅尖椒/ 指天椒 切絲

🔸調味料🔸
雞湯 75ml
生抽 1湯匙
蠔油 1湯匙
泰式豆醬 1湯匙
魚露 1/2茶匙
砂糖 半茶匙

🔹做法🔹

  1. 通菜洗淨,分開葉和莖部;調味料混合
  2. 下油開鍋,放入蒜粒和椒絲炒香;加入通菜炒勻至略軟
  3. 放入通菜葉和調味料大火炒勻,立即上碟即成

𝗜𝗻𝗴𝗿𝗲𝗱𝗶𝗲𝗻𝘁𝘀
Morning glory 400g (recommended to use Thai morning glory)
4 cloves of garlic, chopped
Red chili / chili, sliced

𝗦𝗲𝗮𝘀𝗼𝗻𝗶𝗻𝗴𝘀
75ml chicken broth
1 tbsp soy sauce
1 tbsp oyster sauce
1 tbsp Thai bean paste
1/2 tsp fish sauce
1/2 tsp sugar

𝗜𝗻𝘀𝘁𝗿𝘂𝗰𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝘀

  1. Wash the morning glory and separate the leaves from the stems; mix the seasoning ingredients.
  2. Heat oil in a pan, add the chopped garlic and chili, and stir-fry until fragrant; add the morning glory stems and stir-fry until slightly soft.
  3. Add the morning glory leaves and the mixed seasoning, stir-fry on high heat until well combined, and serve immediately.
