💗甜豉油雞翼📝食譜
烹調時間⏱20分鐘
🔸材料🔸
雞翼 8隻
薑 4片
🔸調味料🔸
生抽 2湯匙
老抽 1湯匙
水 100ml
片糖 約2茶匙
🔹做法🔹
- 雞翼解凍,浸浸鹽水15分鐘除去雪味
- 下油開鍋,加入薑片;雞皮向下放入雞翼,中火煎至兩邊金黃,無需全熟
- 取出薑片,倒入調味料,煮沸及片糖溶化後合蓋小火煮10分鐘,中途翻面一次;開蓋中火煮至醬汁濃稠即成

𝗜𝗻𝗴𝗿𝗲𝗱𝗶𝗲𝗻𝘁𝘀
8 chicken wings
4 slices ginger
𝗦𝗲𝗮𝘀𝗼𝗻𝗶𝗻𝗴𝘀
2 tbsp soy sauce
1 tbsp dark soy sauce
100ml water
~2 tsp slab sugar
𝗜𝗻𝘀𝘁𝗿𝘂𝗰𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝘀
- Thaw the chicken wings and soak them in salt water for 15 minutes to remove the frozen odor.
- Heat oil in a pan and add ginger slices. Place the chicken wings skin-side down, fry over medium heat until golden brown on both sides (no need to fully cook through).
- Remove the ginger slices, pour in all seasonings and bring to a boil. Simmer on low heat with the lid covered for 10 minutes, flipping the wings halfway through. Remove the lid and cook over medium heat until the sauce thickens.
