醃雞翼我喜歡用蒜粉,更入味又不怕焗燶❤️‍🔥記得不要買錯蒜鹽!今次加入孜然粉,味道好夾好惹味呀🥰

❤️‍🔥孜然蜜糖黑椒焗雞翼📝食譜
烹調時間⏱20分鐘

🔸材料🔸
雞翼 10隻
蜜糖 3湯匙

🔸醃料🔸
生抽 2茶匙
老抽 1茶匙
蒜粉 1茶匙
玫瑰露酒 1湯匙
孜然粉 1茶匙
生油 1茶匙
黑胡椒碎 1-2茶匙

🔹做法🔹

  1. 雞翼解凍,用粗鹽沖洗去除雪味(雞皮𠝹幾刀更入味);混合醃料,醃雞翼至少2小時
  2. 雞翼抹走醃料,放上鋪上牛油紙的焗盤,180度焗15分鐘
  3. 掃上蜜糖,燒烤模式/230度焗約3分鐘或至表面焦香,灑上額外黑胡椒碎即成

𝗜𝗻𝗴𝗿𝗲𝗱𝗶𝗲𝗻𝘁𝘀
Chicken wings 10 px
Honey 3 sp

𝗠𝗮𝗿𝗶𝗻𝗮𝗱𝗲
Soy sauce 2 tsp
Dark soy sauce 1 tsp
Garlic powder 1 tsp
Chinese rose wine 1 sp
Cumin powder 1 tsp
Oil 1 tsp
Black pepper 1-2 tsp

𝗜𝗻𝘀𝘁𝗿𝘂𝗰𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝘀

  1. Thaw chicken wings and rinse with salt (make cuts on the skin for better seasoning). Marinate for at least 2 hrs.
  2. Remove excess marinade from wings, place on lined baking tray, bake at 180°C for 15 mins.
  3. Brush with honey, grill at 230°C for approx. 3 mins or until golden and crispy. Sprinkle with extra crushed black pepper. Ready to serve.
