🧀日式煙肉芝士撈烏冬📝食譜
烹調時間⏱20分鐘
🔸材料🔸(2人份)
急凍烏冬/ 半生烏冬 2片
煙肉 100g切條
鮮奶 250ml
巴馬臣芝士碎 50g
日本大蔥 1條切圈
無鹽牛油 1小塊放室溫30分鐘
日本生食用雞蛋 2隻
黑胡椒碎
🔹做法🔹
- ▪️如用半生烏冬▪️燒熱滾水,放入烏冬煮約15分鐘至熟,浸冰水後瀝乾,放入麵碗
- ▪️如用急凍烏冬▪️燒熱滾水,放入烏冬煮約3分鐘至熟,瀝乾放入麵碗
- 冷鍋下煙肉條,中火煎至脆身油份䆁出,盛起備用;同一個鍋加入鮮奶小火煮沸
- 鋪上煙肉、大蔥,巴馬臣芝士碎和牛油,放上生雞蛋,倒入剛煮沸的鮮奶湯汁,灑上黑胡椒碎即成

𝗜𝗻𝗴𝗿𝗲𝗱𝗶𝗲𝗻𝘁𝘀
Frozen Udon 2 px
Bacon 100g, sliced into strips
Milk 250ml
Grated Parmesan cheese 50g
Japanese scallions 1 px, sliced into rounds
Unsalted butter 1 small piece, at room temp for 30 mins
Japanese raw eggs 2 px
Grated black pepper
𝗜𝗻𝘀𝘁𝗿𝘂𝗰𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝘀
- For half-cooked udon: Boil water, cook udon for 15 mins, drain, and place in a bowl.
- For instant frozen udon: Boil water, cook udon for 3 mins, drain, and place in a bowl.
- Fry bacon until crispy, set aside. Simmer fresh milk in the same pan.
- Layer bacon, scallions, Parmesan cheese, and butter in the bowl. Add raw eggs and pour in the hot milk broth. Sprinkle with black pepper. Serve.
