💚香茅班蘭葉檸檬薏米水📝食譜
烹調時間⏱50分鐘
🔸材料🔸
香茅 4條
班蘭葉 5片 (可省略)
生薏米 80g
熟薏米 80g
水 2000ml
冰糖 約45g
檸檬汁 2個約75ml
🔹做法🔹
- 香茅撕走外皮,拍扁切段;班蘭葉中間撕開,打結;薏米洗淨,浸水15分鐘
- 白鑊烘香香茅,加入班蘭葉、生熟薏米,倒入清水,煮滾後合蓋小火煮45分鐘
- 加入檸檬汁,放入冰糖小火煮溶即成

𝗜𝗻𝗴𝗿𝗲𝗱𝗶𝗲𝗻𝘁𝘀
Lemongrass 4 stalks
Pandan leaves 5 pieces (optional)
Raw Job’s Tears 80g
Cooked Job’s Tears 80g
Water 2000ml
Rock sugar ~45g
Lemon juice from 2 lemons, approximately 75ml
𝗜𝗻𝘀𝘁𝗿𝘂𝗰𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝘀
- Lemongrass: Remove outer layer, flatten and cut into sections. Pandan leaves: Tear in the middle and tie into knots. Rinse Job’s Tears and soak for 15 mins.
- Toast lemongrass in a pot. Add pandan leaves, raw and cooked Job’s Tears, and water. Boil, cover, and simmer for 45 mins.
- Add lemon juice and rock sugar. Simmer until sugar dissolves.
Note: Not recommended for pregnant women.
