五指毛桃有健脾去濕,潤肺益氣功效🤓外表像樹枝,用來煲湯帶有椰子香氣,喝下去好清甜🥹街市有好多款五指毛桃,建議買啡黃色粗身,好過一紥幼身狀!聞落去應該有淡淡椰子味!如果有酸味可能用琉璜熏過,就不要買啦🥶

🍎清潤蘋果五指毛桃雪耳湯📝食譜
烹調時間⏱2小時

🔸材料🔸(4-6碗)
豬肉 300g
蘋果 2個切件
五指毛桃 40g
紅蘿蔔 1條切件
粟米 1條切件
鮮海底椰 4-6粒切件
無花果 5粒切半
淮山 3片
雪耳 1塊浸軟
水 2000ml

🔸做法🔸

  1. ▪️肉類汆水▪️大鍋放入瘦肉,注入清水,小火煮至沸騰後撈起沖洗
  2. 全部材料放入大鍋,煮沸後合蓋小火煮2小時即成

𝗜𝗻𝗴𝗿𝗲𝗱𝗶𝗲𝗻𝘁𝘀
Pork 300g
2 Apples, sliced
40g Hairy fig
1 Carrot, sliced
1 Corn, sliced
4-6 Fresh sea coconuts, sliced
5 Figs, halved
3 slices of Chinese yam
1 piece of snow fungus, soaked until soft
2000ml Water

𝗜𝗻𝘀𝘁𝗿𝘂𝗰𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝘀

  1. ▪️Blanch the meat▪️Put lean meat in a large pot, add water, and cook over low heat until it boils. Remove the meat and rinse it.
  2. Put all the ingredients in the large pot, bring to a boil, cover, and simmer over low heat for 2 hours.
