💛蜜糖芝士粟米雞翼📝食譜

雞翼 8隻
粟米粒 1盒380g
Mozzarella芝士碎 50g
🔸醃料🔸
生抽 2茶匙
老抽 1茶匙
玫瑰露酒 1茶匙
胡椒粉
🔹做法🔹
- 雞翼解凍,用粗鹽沖洗去除雪味(雞皮𠝹幾刀更入味)醃至少1小時
- 下油開鍋,雞皮向下放入雞翼,中火煎至表面金黃;翻面煎約3分鐘,合蓋小火煎約5分鐘,筷子插入無血水即代表全熟
- 加入粟米粒炒香;加入芝士碎,鋪上雞翼,小火煮至芝士融化;淋上蜜糖和黑胡椒碎即成

𝗜𝗻𝗴𝗿𝗲𝗱𝗶𝗲𝗻𝘁𝘀
8 chicken wings
1 box (380g) of corn kernels
50g Mozzarella cheese
𝗠𝗮𝗿𝗶𝗻𝗮𝗱𝗲
2 tsp of soy sauce
1 tsp of dark soy sauce
1 tsp of rose wine
White pepper
𝗜𝗻𝘀𝘁𝗿𝘂𝗰𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝘀
- Thaw chicken wings and rinse with coarse salt. Score the skin for better flavor. Marinate for at least 1 hr.
- Heat oil in a pan and fry wings skin-side down until golden. Flip and fry for 3 mins, then cover and cook on low for 5 mins until fully cooked.
- Stir-fry corn until fragrant. Add cheese shavings, place wings on top, and cook on low until cheese melts. Add honey and black pepper to serve.
