又到放工懶人食譜系列!一煲有肉和大量菜😝這個菜式最正是可以前一晚預備,放過夜會更加香濃🥹第二日加入煮熟了的通粉就食得!都可以即煮即食,一樣好好味💕我還預留帶飯lunch time食,好多菜非常健康🤣
今次簡化了步驟,將蔬菜切粒,全部放入煲煮熟就完全!本來想用牛尾,不過比較肥膩!用牛肋條效果好好🥰btw不要買材料圖的通粉,被盒上的相片欺騙了,size勁細粒完全沒有口感🤧

🇭🇰港式羅宋湯通心粉📝食譜
烹調時間⏱2小時
🔸材料🔸(2-4人份)
通心粉 200g
牛肋條 300g
洋蔥 半個切粒
西芹 200g切粒
甘荀 250g切粒
椰菜 半個切碎
罐裝番茄 1罐400g
蒜頭 4瓣
水 1200ml
🔸調味料🔸
香葉 3片
茄膏 5茶匙
檸檬汁 2茶匙
蕃茜碎
砂糖 1茶匙
鹽、黑胡椒碎
🔹做法🔹
- 牛肋條浸水30分鐘去除血污,印乾水份
- 下油開鍋,煎封牛肋條至每邊焦香;下茄膏、洋蔥粒和蒜粒炒香
- 加入香葉、西芹、椰菜和甘荀粒炒勻,倒入罐裝番茄和清水,煮沸後合蓋煮2小時
- 加入檸檬汁,下砂糖、鹽和黑胡椒碎調味;可加入額外茄膏;熄火,加入蕃茜碎
- 通粉跟包裝建議煮的時間少1分鐘煮熟,瀝乾水放入羅宋湯煮滾即成

𝗜𝗻𝗴𝗿𝗲𝗱𝗶𝗲𝗻𝘁𝘀
Macaroni 200g
Beef ribs 300g
Onion, half, diced
Celery 200g, diced
Carrot 250g, diced
Cabbage, half, chopped
Canned tomatoes, 1 can (400g)
4 cloves of garlic
Water 1200ml
𝗦𝗲𝗮𝘀𝗼𝗻𝗶𝗻𝗴𝘀
Bay leaves, 3 px
Tomato paste, 5 tsp
Lemon juice, 2 tsp
Chopped parsley
Sugar, 1 tsp
Salt, black pepper, to taste
𝗜𝗻𝘀𝘁𝗿𝘂𝗰𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝘀
- Soak beef ribs in water for 30 mins, pat dry.
- Sear beef ribs in oil until browned. Add tomato paste, diced onions, and minced garlic.
- Stir in bay leaves, celery, cabbage, and diced carrots. Pour in canned tomatoes and water. Simmer covered for 2 hrs.
- Add lemon juice, sugar, salt, and black pepper. Optional: additional tomato paste. Remove from heat and sprinkle with chopped parsley.
- Cook macaroni 1 min less than package instructions. Drain and add to the soup. Bring to a boil and serve.
