☀️自家製McGriddles📝食譜
烹調時間⏱20分鐘
🔸材料🔸(2個)
預拌鬆餅粉 160g
鮮奶 160ml
雞蛋 3隻
豬柳漢堡扒 2塊
車打芝士 2塊
楓糖漿 2湯匙
薯餅 2塊
🔹做法🔹
- 鮮奶和1隻雞蛋混合,加入預拌鬆餅粉拌勻
- 平底鑊抹油加熱,圓型模具圍上牛油紙;倒入粉漿至2/3滿,小火煎約3分鐘至表面冒泡加入1湯匙楓糖漿
- 翻面小火合蓋煎約2分鐘金黃,盛起備用
- 同一個鍋加入少量油,放入雞蛋和漢堡扒
- 鬆餅按次序放上芝士、漢堡扒和煎蛋即成
- 薯餅放入已預熱200度的焗爐,焗7-10分鐘

𝗜𝗻𝗴𝗿𝗲𝗱𝗶𝗲𝗻𝘁𝘀
Pancake mix 160g
Milk 160ml
Eggs 3
Pork patty 2 px
Cheddar cheese 2 px
Maple syrup 2 tbsp
Hash browns 2 px
𝗜𝗻𝘀𝘁𝗿𝘂𝗰𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝘀
- Mix milk, egg, pancake mix. Stir.
- Heat pan with oil and pour in the batter until 2/3 full and cook on low heat for about 3 mins until bubbles form. Add maple syrup.
- Flip, cover, and cook for 2 more mins until golden brown. Remove and set aside.
- In the same pan, add a little oil, then cook the eggs and burger patties
- Arrange pancakes, cheese, patty, egg.
- Bake hash browns at 200°C for 7-10 mins.
